Cool little place inside with a small bar and a pool table. Arrived around 11:15. Service was horrible. 2 girls working back in the kitchen and up front. Just not friendly. They didn’t seem prepared to open as they were still doing opening things after we ordered. The food wasn’t amazing. It was average. Pork on my sandwich was ok some parts overcooked and not edible. Fries were undercooked but seasoned well. Beef ribs were good and tender. Onion rings were good. Star of the meal was the coleslaw. First time here and probably will not be a repeat. Not worth $68.00

Ordered pick-up; combo #1 with the two sides being Mac n cheese and potato salad, a baked potato and nuggets and fries.
Every combo comes with two small sides or one big. The sides are pretty good sizes for being labeled “small”!
The main highlight was the chicken and beef ribs! Slid straight off the bone and full of bbq! The fries were pretty tasty as well! Everything tasted fresh and homemade.
I would say my only con is the Mac n cheese. Everything was delicious but I didn’t like the Mac n cheese all that much. It has a tangy taste to it but I wouldn’t let that side dish ruin this experience at all! Will definitely go back and ask for the beans instead!
The total was 57, good pricing for the amount of food you get!

Service was very fast, little to no wait. We went on Halloween night. Food could’ve been a little warmer, but it was still very good. Didn’t get a drink after all because the fountain was out of coke and the horchata had ants in it. Over all it was good for the first time.

This place is okay alittle dark inside for suree, the bbq sauce was good, different then phils bbq. The Beef bbq rack the meat was good fell off the bones, we got our food quick, we got the family meal it feeds 5 for sureee, we had left overs and it was 4 of uss today. Spent 120 for 4 of us and drinks. The family liked the coleslaw, the mac and cheese was okay.

Drove by a few months ago and wanted to try it out. Took my friend who helped me move and we both really enjoyed our meals and agreed we need to bring our other big eater buddy soon. Phil’s BBQ: overrated
If you want a smoky flavor and meat that falls off the bone as soon as you pull, then you’ve got to go to Lil Alex BBQ. My goodness, those ribs are killers, and that sauce is always on point. My wife and I love this place, and sorry, honey, she likes Phil’s better, but I don’t see ribs cooked like that in there lol.

Hi Everybody:) Long time occasional customer, first time review. 4/3/22 I gave my father in law an impromptu (well 1 week planned) 95th bday party. So, since Covid this is was the biggest event we pulled off, this time having pitched a tent for the outside and having propane heat for the cold wind.
So in order to encourage ppl to come, we would highlight Lil Alex Beef Ribs in the menu invite and the crowd came…
65 beef rib bones later.
So two “beefs” I will mention. The order was not kept in a place where the food would maintain its heat. Secondly, by the time everyone ate I finally had a moment for me to eat. My beef rib was dry and burnt and I was left with that lingering burnt taste. What a terrible impression I may have left behind. I hope no one else had that experience.
So I gave it another try after the party so that this review was better. Yes, that rib redeemed this review. It was so delicious and juicy and an amazing BBQ flavor. The BBQ sauce is yummy! Finger smacking good! Yes, I still recommend it.
BUT…Nobody should have to pay $36.99 plus tax for burnt BBQ ribs. Especially when u paid for a large order.

I followed my nose to this little place and so it smells so good that we decided to give it a try. The 1st thing we noticed is that it was a little pricey. I ended up ordering a Tri tip sandwich with a with a potato salad as aside. My friend ordered the Tri tip platter. I also got a side of onion rings. My Tri tip sandwich was really good it had a good sauce the meat was soft and the potato salad was was slightly different that I’m used to but I was quite pleased with it. The Onion rings were some of the best onion rings I’ve had in a very long time good flavor good batter for the rings and they gave some ranch which always compliments everything. My friends tried to platter the Tri tip was a large mound on the plate and It came with 3 garlic bread sticks and I believe aside aside and he got the macaroni and cheese But said it had almost no flavor. All in all the Tri tip was a nice smokey flavor at ever and if you like tried to like tried tip it’s definitely a good place to get some Tri tip barbecue.

Nice place to grab a plate of BBQ. I heard the Tri tip was great but i grabbed the beef bones and they were edible. Flavor had a real weird tase but the sides were good. Chicken is awesome! Very expensive and not worth the money! However, its californiaaaaaa!
