Just went in to play for a few minutes while waiting for the bus. The lady working the counter waited till I had already used the cash machine, and given them a 3 dollar fee for the privilege, to inform me that my small, over the shoulder bag wasn’t allowed. No “behind the counter” option available. She outright told me to leave. Thing is, there were 3 women in there playing, two of whom had over the shoulder bags bigger than mine. When I pointed out this fact she shrugged and said she didn’t make the rules and told me to leave again.

Today Thursday March 13th at 7:25pm I went into the lighthouse 2 to play a few dollars as I do quite often when I was all done I got my phone out and was texting my friend to come pick me up at that time a gentleman came in I asked him if he would like to play the machine I was playing he said sure and I took my coat off the back of the chair and I stepped over by where the coffee pot is and continued my text to my friend. Well the rude old lady that was working by the way I wanted to let you know never once asked me if I needed anything or something to drink when I came in just on a short note! She asked quite loud what was I doing !? It took me by surprise so deeply I almost couldn’t say anything!!!! I told her I was texting a friend for my ride that I was done playing now! I couldn’t even get all my words out as nd she said are you done playing? I said yes and you know that because I just told the gentlemen sitting at the machine I was playing that I was done. And she said to me in a very rude way “WELL you need to leave then!!” I said excuse me? Why do I need to leave? She said because I told you you had to. I said are you serious right now? I’ve never ever been treated this way in here or anywhere for that matter….she said well there’s a first time for everything … goodbye….
I’ve been coming into this establishment for many years 5/6 times a month, and the main reading is I love the tall gal w reddish blonde long hair….and I’ve never known anyone that was working to be so cold and rude. I also am a lottery clerk/ bartender and I love my job, but I would never make one of my customers feel as she did to me tonight. Having bitchy non appealing employees like her will destroy your business….I’m so sorry but I will never step foot in that door again …and I’ll make sure my friends and family never either. To the nasty attitude old lady…”If you don’t like your job…….go get one that you do like….and please stop making people feel terrible when they come into an establishment.,”…FYI ..your suppose to make customers ferl welcome and happy to be there not unwelcome and embarrassed by your nasty attitude!!!
