We had brunch at 11am on Sunday… not many people there. Servers were polite and accommodating. The selections of food was very, very good. Fruits and deserts excellent as well. The main issue was that little of it was hot. Yes, most everything was covered but there was no flame or heating below to help keep it hot.
To bad because you could see much effort and creativity went into the preparation. If this had not been a problem the $55/pp would be justified.

This place is very well kept and definitely worth the experience. Visiting the area for a couple days with my girlfriend.
Appetizer, brushetta was amazing. I have never eaten it that way, and the preaentation was beautiful. Main course was the Brisket with veggies and mashed potatoes. The flavor and goodness of the dish was wonderful. My only critique is that when I think brisket, it doesn’t get served this way, nor does my brisket shred. Still very good.
On to dessert, the brownie, ice cream, and bacon caramel sauce was the perfect ending to the evening. Would go back to try other things.

Next level service, food and ambiance. I will keep this short although I could go on and on about how much my wife and I enjoyed our late lunch here. Greeted and seated by Paul, who also served us, very much to our delight. The man knows his job and does it well. Fantastic recommendations and genuine hospitality. Then the food….so amazing. At 54, I rarely clean my plate but I could not get enough. Everything was so perfectly paired and balanced. And then we had the pleasure of meeting Chef Liza. Like Paul, she knows her job and is darn good at it! It was very apparent they also enjoy their work. I love to cook and am often a bit disappointed when I go out for a meal. But not here, I wish I lived closer, I would eat here regularly!

Welcome to Lightburn’s Restaurant was the greeting our smiling Hostess said. The atmosphere was relaxing with beautiful view of the lake. The brunch buffet had wonderful selection of protiens, fruits, side dishes and desserts. The food was delicious. They have a bar for adult beverages. Our server was attentive to our needs.
It is a lovely setting for adults to eat, drink and converse with family and friends in the cozy comfort rustic interior or outside on the deck.
Will be returning soon.

This place blew me away. It really did. I sat outside even though it was misting a little because it was so darn beautiful. I was going to get a burger when my server alerted me to the Asian pulled pork. I had noticed it and went with her suggestion. So glad I did. This might have been the most unique sandwich I have ever had. Loaded Korean Pulled Pork…..
toasted pretzel bun / pulled pork / dill havarti / asian crunch slaw / kinohi / fried pork skins. It’s a lot but it works. I went with the frips (their homemade chips that come with french onion dip! Had a Big Timber amber. Enjoyed my lunch immensely. What a great place!

Fabulous experience. The menu was varied and accommodated different dietary needs. I had the Roast Pork Shoulder, Yukon mashed potatoes and carrots. OMG One of the best meals I have ever eaten. The chief came out to talk to us…a nice addition to our experience. I should mention, we were there Sunday evening and it wasn’t that crowded. I’m sure when they are busy it would be difficult to interact with all the guests. Loved it! No complaints.

We went to lightburns for lunch today. Harley was our server and she was fantastic. She didn’t seem to have any one else there working to help her, but she got our drinks and food out so quickly. The recommendations she made for the pulled pork was delicious. The views were a plus.

Views are wonderful. The giant windows overlook the rolling hills of the golf course and the resort. Service was very accommodating. Seems like fewer options on the menu than the last time I was there pre-covid, but there were options for everyone in our party which included some dairy free vegan folks.
