So good! I’m so glad I got a chance to check this place out while I was in Florida! It’s just like the sign reads…Light on the Sugar! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been disappointed after eating a dessert and dying after one bite from how syrupy sweet it is. Not here!!! The staff was also extremely welcoming and helpful with suggestions even though they were busy!

This bakery/coffee shop is a hidden gem on the east side of Winter Park. It is a small, unassuming little shop. There is a little seating inside and some tables outside too. Everything I’ve had here has been wonderful. Today I had the ube cheesecake creme puff and my daughter had the strawberry shortcake. Both were delicious. The coffee is s top notch too. Great place for an afternoon treat.

Oh my gosh this place is INCREDIBLE!!! I travel around the country for work and this is probably in my top 10 favorite coffee spots I’ve been to. The Dalgona iced latte was delicious and so was the blueberry lemon tart! Both were sweet but way more flavorful than just sugary which is exactly what I want in a pastry and a coffee, the place is very appropriately named. Great spot to sit and get work done, too 🙂

Hey beautiful place. I come here every eight weeks when I get my hair done next store. I absolutely love their coffee and their edible selection. They have amazing cakes! I always have a good experience. Today one girl was kind of a snot to me but I’m not going to let one girl who can’t handle a busy morning with grace ruin it for me. This is by far one of the best treats that I give myself. They use sugar alternatives and the flavor is never lacking. I highly recommend. Usually the staff is amazing too.

what a pretty cafe. It looks so upscale like a swanky hotel. small menu but their drinks and bakery items are quality. The sakura coffee was good and unique. you can’t really find that flavor anywhere else. I also got a dalgona coffee and another tea with cheese foam. my lord what amazing cheese foam and coffee. so rich. As far as the bakery side, I got the black forest cake bear macaron and my friend got a couple cream puffs she always returns for. we will be back.

Today was a bit of a rough day that ended on a sweet note when my daughter dropped by with several cream puffs from this bakery on Aloma. Wow! These cream puffs are amazing! Perfect balance of flavors and texture. We sampled the strawberry, creme brulee and cookies and cream varieties. I can’t say which is my favorite because I loved them all. I will say the slight burn on the creme brulee puff was Heavenly and the light sugary crunch of the pastry shell was the perfect compliment to the silky smooth cream filling. Now I want to try it all and you should, too!

Light on the Sugar is a cute spot and their desserts are always very artistic and pretty. They have a lot of good flavors to try from and have some seasonal options and their coffees are great as well. The only downside I have it it can be pricey.

So tasty! We got crème brûlée cream puff, tiramisu crepe cake & Ferraro Rocher Mille Fieulle. Don’t try the Ferraro rocher mille but crème brûlée cream puff is a 10/10! The other cream puffs looked pretty good too. Also the ambience was very pretty & cozy!

A must-try! If you’re in the area, definitely check this place out. We tried their crepes and they were delicious! We got the ube and cookies and cream (holiday special). The texture and taste of both crepes were amazing. The level of sweetness was perfect. It was overall a well-balanced dessert (texture, flavor, sweetness, and presentation). We also tried their Thai Milk Tea. It was rich and flavorful. It was too sweet for my taste though, probably because of the chocolate that was added in it. Maybe lessen the sweetness of the milk tea so it perfectly balances with the chocolate. But my husband thought it was perfect. Lol. Will definitely come back to try more!
