This place is a great alternative to traditional fast food. The ingredients are high quality for the most part, food is served fast and they have healthy options. It’s just that the food is pretty hit or miss. The things I have liked include the super food bowl, elk chili and fries. I did not like the Thai bowl because the most prominent flavor is cumin, and cumin is not really featured heavily in Thai food. It’s really overwhelming to the dish. Also, the adult chicken tenders were inedible. I’m not sure if it’s the chicken they’re using or if it was overcooked but they were really bad. I’ll keep going and trying different things but hopefully it will be a bit more consistent than the things I have already tried

Not sure what happened in the past year or so but it’s gone down hill. They always forget your sauces for fries and never put extra in the sandwich when you ask (which I’m pretty sure you pay for) also have me a slice of avocado which I know you pay extra for. Unfortunately they stopped allowing customers to tip at least they don’t put that as an option for when you pay at the drive thru. Probably the reason the employees don’t work as hard anymore. Used to be amazing! Been disappointed the last 3 times I’ve gone, not worth the price anymore.

I went here for Free Fange Breakfast in my way to Mt Bachelor, but they were out of coffee. They literally had no beans. Keep in mind, this place is in the parking lot of a Safeway Grocery Store. Someone should have acquired some beans. I will be forced to take my coffee business elsewhere.

I ordered the breakfast burrito twice this week. The one I ordered on 12/17 was great. I really enjoyed it. I ordered the same burrito today 12/19. It was made with old fries, or what tasted like old reheated fries. Very disappointing.

I got some food delivered, got a teriyaki wrap, and bowl for myself and my kid. 2 small smoothies and 2 fruit cups. The cups of fruit were so brown and old I didn’t even serve them to my kids. The teriyaki wrap was SO salty I had to make more rice just to eat it. The bowl was so bland on the other end I didnt even know what to think. I got a kids bowl and was also so salty she didn’t even eat it. I spend $87 for food that was half inedible, or just flat out salty. Almost spending $100 on wraps and bowls was fine for me seeing it was “free range fast food”

I’m noticing a trend here with other reviewers. We used to love coming here for a fast healthier option for our family. The past few visits, we’ve had items missing or incorrect and the quality of the food is nowhere near what it used to be. I usually get the Superfood bowl and it used to be really flavorful, tender veggies and chicken. Now it’s very bland, some veggies under cooked and tough chicken. Did I mention they have trouble getting the order right too? I gave them one last try today, but it’s now become an expectation that I’ll not get the right items I ordered and/or the meal will be so tasteless I’ll have trouble finishing it. It’s such a bummer because it used to be one of our go-to spots.

Just wish the pickles and onions would get a little spread out instead of one lump wad and gone in one extra pickly bite. Seemed like a great option for healthy food. Staff taking order was good and place looks nice. And perhaps could be a better place if there was any substance to our salads. Lettuce and a tiny amount of poke and cucumber does not constitute an $18 salad. On the plus side we liked the sweet potato fries.

Really great fast food place. Their burgers are great and shockingly fair priced for how high quality of ingredients they use. Main complaint is they close too early. This is certainly my go to spot for fast food now, at least before 8pm. I have tried their chicken sandwiches and didn’t like them so much. The chicken is small, thin, and really hard
