We really enjoyed this! The convenience is amazing for spending the day on the beach and wanting a great lunch with sustenance. The line appeared long but it moved very quickly, and we waited only a short while for our food. Given the crowds at the beach and at the grill, we were satisfied with the timing of everything. We ceviche was great, as were the coconut shrimp, grouper sandwich & our daughter loved her chicken strips.
A nice area with tables to eat at as well so you don’t have to trek back onto the beach with food. Pepsi products.

Memorial Day weekend was our first time at Lido Beach, which was great. It is a beautiful beach but since it is further out, there weren’t as many people there. That was ok with us because we were able to park immediately and get a good spot.
We also didn’t have to stand in a long line to get lunch at Lido Island Grill either on a 95-degree day! It is located conveniently close and a short walking distance at the beach.
Service was a bit slow, but the staff were nice and apologetic. It was just so hot standing in the sun. We did find a shady spot, though. We ordered the grouper tacos with fries and water.
The food was ok, not the best, but at least we weren’t hungry afterward. It was your average beach grill.

Have heard that the lobster rolls were good here with the previous owners . So we gave it a try with the new owners . It WAS NOT A HIT ! Look I have had lobster rolls all over and honestly I’m sad to say these were the worst . Come on guys pull it
Off the menu if you’re not going to do it right . It was fishy ! It was mashed up . Check my photo I had two like this for $50 with a beverage and small tip I can say no nay never no more ! Cold or hot lobster rolls are supposed to be tasty & fresh . And taste clean not fishy . My wife wouldn’t even finish hers I ate
Mine and got scared it may be a mistake . That’s not how you should feel . After eating some I really couldn’t return it lol . It was an embarrassment . To go stand up have to confront them and ask for what ? My money ? A replacement ( oh no ) , or so

I love this place. Come here every time I come to lido key area beach. Service is the best and the foood always tastes the best. Highly reccomend the mahi tacos.
Good area to just hangout also and get away from the sun for a bit. Sometime they’ll have live music and that’s always a vibe.

Okay, I had super low expectations for a beachside “concession stand”-like lunch spot. We were happily shocked with the food quality. My husband and I split a wrap with fries. The wrap had fresh guacamole salsa that was lovely. Others in our party had fish tacos, chicken tenders, and a hot dog. The fries were typical, but hot, crispy, not too greasy goodness, so that’s a win. It was around $83 for 6 of us and it was far better than any fast food restaurant hands down. One of our orders was given the wrong side (tortilla chips instead of fries, but they swapped them out). The concrete picnic tables are obviously uncomfortable on the bum, but highly necessary for beachside dining. They were shaded from the sun, but not so clean. I put sanitizer on napkins and tried to wipe them off. All in all, we were pleased and enjoyed the food.

Don’t understand the rating, don’t listen to the negative ones. The food was absolutely fantastic, for a small spot on the beach and expected quick deep fried stuff but every dish has great quality and depth that I would expect from a much fancier place. Had the lobster roll, chicken panini and ceasar salad and was blown away. Will absolutely be back soon!

I would avoid this place like the plague if I were you. Their Customer Service is actually atrocious. The food is fine but I prefer to go places that don’t treat paying customers as though they are beggars. I was refused a cup of ice after paying for my food and drink and when I asked why, the woman behind the counter had the nerve to say ‘it’s a slow day we can’t afford to waste a cup’. SORRY CANT AFFORD TO WASTE A TINY PLASTIC CUP FOR A PAYING CUSTOMER!?! Mind you they are overpriced to begin with for the quality of the food but god forbid you waste a couple cents on a plastic cup. I have truly never been treated like this by an establishment before. If there were negative stars I’d give it.

On 7/06/25 I ordered 2 scoops of ice-cream in a waffle cone. They charged me $8.59 plus tip, for a ridiculously small amount of ice cream in a waffle cone. Literally it was pathetic, and the ice-cream barely came over the top of the waffle cone and they have the nerve to charge me $8.59. I can get a whole gallon of ice-cream at the store for that price. I told the lady I am not accepting this and this isn’t 2 scoops what I ordered. She said it is 4 ounces of ice-cream, and I can pay for more ice cream. I told her what she provided me is a total rip off for what they charge, and I am not paying her more money for another scoop. I told her to take the product back, she said she can’t take it back due to it being food. I told her I want a refund because I am not paying for a tiny amount of ice-cream. She said she needed to get a manager to reverse the charges, but there was no manager available. She said she will write a note to have the charges reversed by a Manager, and it will take 6 weeks. There is no way I am going to wait 6 weeks to get my money back. I didn’t believe any action would be taken by this business, so I disputed the charges on my credit card as soon as it posted. I am not allowing this shady business get away with scamming tourists visiting Lido Beach. Beware of this establishment. Don’t order any ice-cream from them unless you don’t mind being scammed. I won’t visit this establishment again.
