Michael was our server and he was truly amazing!! The atmosphere was so cozy and romantic and the service was immaculate! My husband and I had never experienced a dining experience like this. The hostesses were so friendly and kind, all the waiting staff were accommodating, and Michael worked so hard to make sure we had the best possible experience. The food was unlike any we had tried before and was fresh. It came out quickly and tasted like it was very well prepared by highly trained chefs. We absolutely will be returning in the future and recommend it to all that can make it.

My husband and I stopped in for drinks before dinner . The atmosphere and our view was beautiful. Edixcio was so welcoming and engaging. He made us the most amazing cocktails. We would tell him what we usually drink or like and he would make something like it and even better. I highly recommend The library lounge to anyone looking for a beautiful atmosphere with phenomenal service to have uniquely crafted cocktails. Edixcio thank you for making our time so memorable.

Too expensive even for Biltmore standards. Food was absolutely disgusting and very generic but service was great. Drinks were good but way over priced. Like the variety but definitely not what I was expecting. Pricing for some pours of whisky were in excess of $200. And I mean like 2 oz of a bourbon. Absolutely ridiculous. Decorations and atmosphere are very outdated and bougie. Looks like a very rich creepy uncles mansion. Fireplace is nice though.

We really loved the atmosphere of this beautiful lounge! Our server was terrific and recommended some great cocktails. The desserts and after-dinner cocktails were our favourite. The ice cream sandwiches were incredible. Drinks and bites are on the pricey side, but we found them worth it.

Been coming here for a bite every time we visit the estate and I must say it has changed in the past 6 months and not for the better. Standards have dropped, service is lackluster, and the all around experience has become very stagnant. And this was all while it was slow too. What changed recently? For the prices you pay, people deserve better.

Not the best place for dinner w/in the Biltmore Estate Area. If you are staying at the Inn, you’ll likely end up here for a bite at some point. As with the rest of the Biltmore Inn, the staff and service are excellent. Dinner here (Library Lounge), however, is slow and average. My burger, for example, was dry and a bit over cooked (I ordered a medium). Overall, an “OK” experience, but the food could be better.

Very slow service. Been seated for over 30 minutes and have yet to get the salad. Waitress walked by our table with two long empty beer glasses and didn’t even ask if we needed another drink. Views are beautiful, service is abominable, if we ever get our food we’ll write another review…if we don’t die of starvation first…okay the food made it after about 45 minutes and it was pretty good. Here is a photo of my $20 burger.
