I’was here early morning ….Tortillas were a little stretchy, don’t know if they cook or microwave them. Also bacon egg taco, the bacon was definitely not fresh, guessing left over from previous day. Bacon shouldn’t have the texture of beef jerky. Over pricey for the quality

This was my first time visiting and was very pleased and impressed. The food was excellent. Portions were just enough and didn’t leave you feeling overstuffed. Breakfast tacos served all day, and they were great, and the food the others at my table ate looked really good, as well, so I’d like to go back to try some of those. The atmosphere was so pleasant and laid back. Nice relaxing and fulfilling visit to take a break from work for lunch and quite accessible from the medical center. Great for a team lunch with your colleagues.

The tortilla was old or something, the brisket was slimy/undercooked and there wasn’t much of it for a $5 taco (after tax). I’ve had these before but this is not what I got last time. I really like Liberty Taco, but maybe just not this location. Lady at the front was very nice though, and the habanero salsa was amazing, as usual.

Stopped by Liberty Taco for a to-go order, and it completely hit the spot. The service was fast and friendly.
My order was ready quickly, and the staff was welcoming even though I didn’t dine in.
I ordered the chips and queso with Tejano beef and sour cream and yessirskii it was fulfilling. Instead of using the chips they offered which were good. I used Doritos lime flaming hot chips. That combo took it to another level. The queso was rich and creamy, and the beef added just the right amount of flavor and spice. The sour cream balanced it all out perfectly. Honestly, I could eat that every day seriously!!
The chicken fajita tacos were just as solid juicy, flavorful chicken with nicely charred edges, wrapped in warm, soft tortillas. Everything tasted fresh and well-seasoned.
Even just walking in for pickup, I noticed the space is bright, clean, and inviting definitely somewhere l’d return to for a casual dine-in meal.
Great food, great service, and a great vibe. Liberty Taco is absolutely worth a stop if you’re in the area.

Stopped in for early lunch and enjoyed breakfast taco, steak taco snd chicken taco. All were very fresh and my husband said the chorizo taco was his favorite. Delicious food, excellent service and clean dining area.

Omg, Torchy’s has been my favorite taco place since I moved here, but I was just introduced to THIS place, and let me tell you this absolutely beats them ! Their food is so delicious and with good portions. This establishment went above and beyond with customer service and a friendly environment. The restaurant was clean and organized . Highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed! Thank you for a great experience in the food world.
