First of all, the lady working the place, I believe the owner, was so sweet and friendly. The matcha was delicious. And the breakfast sandwiches with her secret sauce were great!

A wonderful cafe. Much more soul than most of the other cafes I have been to, and great food and drinks. I got the roast beef panini and tomato soup – incredible! Also got the seasonal wassail, which I highly recommend.

Liberty Café is a true gem. Debbie, the owner, is an absolute joy to talk to and you can feel the care she puts into everything the moment you walk in. The Chai tea is outstanding. She makes it properly from scratch, not from premade powders. i’ve lived in a dozen cities, and this might be the best Chai i’ve ever tasted. The paninis and breakfast sandwiches are just as good.
The space itself is a little cozy, but that only adds to the warm, personal atmosphere. Liberty Café also hosts events featuring local artists and authors, which makes it feel like much more than just a coffee stop. If you want a shortcut to the heart of the Renton community, I can’t recommend Liberty Café enough.
also, she can make Panini’s with gluten-free bread.

The barista was extremely helpful, and was super friendly and attentive to me and helping with what I was wanting for food and drinks she had a constant smile on her face the whole time I was there! The atmosphere was warm and inviting like waking into a whacky relatives home, But in a good way. It’s a nice step back from the copy and paste shops most people go into and was nice to see a place with such charm. Highly recommend a stop by if you’re in the area!!

Debbie served up the Winter Wassail apple cider specialty drink and her delicious Roast Beef and Cheddar Panini, with the freshest made from scratch freshness, better than those brand name coffee cafes.. Coffee Conversation Community…artwork galore. The GOAT of coffee cafes by the Queen of coffee barista owner.

This place is by far one of the best hidden gems I have ever seen! I stumbled upon this place by recommendation from a friend and I feel like one of the lucky ones! It feels like home the second you walk in. It’s a small and intimate place that’s great for things like just hanging around and catching up with a friend or a first date! Debbie, the owner is such a wonderful woman who radiates love and positivity, and that really shows in her coffee and food. It was so great I had to tip Debbie $50! Seattle is lucky to have a coffee shop like this. I’d recommend this place 1000x over. Try out the White Chocolate Mocha with Lavender and Oatmilk! Thanks Debbie!
