Liberty is absolutely delicious! We love their seasonal drinks, and they always have a great selection of beers on tap. We love to share the loaded fries, but my favorite is the steak fries. Everything I have eaten there is amazing, and I would highly recommend. The staff is super friendly, and we love sitting at the bar to eat.

I had a wonderful experience here but I must stick with 4 Stars. Staff manager was new but did a wonderful job. I felt the waiter was new also, so I prob just need to come back when they have a little more staff. I had excellent service and the food came out as ordered and timely. I do not like paying $13 for a shot of liquor from a $55 bottle but it is what it is. I did enjoy the house special for happy hour the House Old Fashioned Bourbon is nice. I really, really enjoyed the mussels and menu set-up. I designed the chandelier they have but did not put it on paper, it’s a Blanton’s bottle Chandelier and I love it!

I’ve been here for dinner, lunch, and brunch. My one major takeaway is come early and don’t have your heart set on something you see on the online menu. Certain meal items are more popular and each time I’ve been, my server has had to warn me that they’re out of something! However, everything tastes very good. Someone knows what they’re doing back there and a deviation from your plan won’t hurt!
During brunch, our mimosa carafe and glasses were dirty… twice. After the second time our server was so frustrated she didn’t wait to make sure we still wanted mimosas. We didn’t, and when someone else came to give us the third carafe they came without glasses. Then when we got glasses they were wine glasses. lol. We shrugged it off. It was just an unfortunate series of events, but we would’ve really appreciated a discount or just a second to verify what we wanted.

Visited Liberty for the first time and it was awesome! Super cool atmosphere and really friendly staff. Was so excited by the Game of Thrones namesake cocktail (Dracarys 75) and was glad I ordered it. Not only delicious, but also pink and sparkly! It is a bit on the pricier side for someone on a college student budget, but great for a fun evening out!

Stumbled upon this restaurant and so glad we did. We were in Tallahassee for family weekend and everything was packed. We accidentally found this restaurant and it was PHENOMENAL. Best food the whole weekend. We sat on the patio. It was so relaxing and quiet. Our server was excellent. It was late and we had to order by 10pm. We ordered apps, dinner and desserts all at once. It was still brought out spaced nicely in between. 100% an exceptional experience. There were 3 of us, for apps we had scottish eggs, pork belly, and the warm potato salad. Dinner was 2 steak frites and one pan seared snapper. Dessert was the chocolate custard w/ raspberry whipped cream and blueberry almond pound cake. The steak frites came with a homemade steak sauce. Fries were perfect. It was OUTSTANDING! Every single item! I can’t rave about it enough. We will definitely be back when we come to FSU to visit. Even the water was delicious. The other restaurants we ate it I had to bring my own as it tasted terrible. This restaurant is TOP NOTCH. Wish I remembered our server’s name. He was awesome. 10/10

My visiting mother and I had such a great time having dinner at Liberty Bar & Restaurant over the weekend. The food was really good (gotta try the scotch egg), the drinks were on point, and the vibe was fun and relaxed. The staff was super friendly and made the whole experience even better. This was our first time there and will definitely be back!

Service excellent; very attentive. Drinks were flavorful, though a little heavy on the ice. Food well seasoned. We had the pork chop, McLib, and lamb rigatoni. However, the rice and pasta were both over cooked and the lamb dish was luke warm, even with the refire. Definitely would help if the dish itself was warmed prior to plating. The bowl was very cold which cooled the dish down quickly. Again, though, flavor was excellent!

Stopped by Liberty Bar and Grill in Tallahassee for the first time, and overall, it was a pretty good experience. The burger I ordered was really solid — cooked just right and super flavorful. Fries were on point too. Definitely one of the highlights of my visit.
The place itself is really nice inside — great vibe, awesome ambiance, and a cool spot to hang out for a bit. I did notice the craft cocktails were a bit on the pricey side, though. They look fancy and all, but I’m not sure the cost matched the overall experience.
Service was the main drawback for me. Our waitress only made it by about three times during a 90-minute visit. She seemed super busy and may have been the only one working the floor, but the lack of attentiveness definitely showed. Since it was my first time there, I would’ve appreciated a few recommendations, but none were offered.
I think my experience might’ve been a little better sitting at the bar instead of a table. Still, good food and a nice atmosphere made up for some of it. Just wish the service matched the quality of the burger!

What a find. You would never think that such a cool bar would have a world class kitchen. Attention to every detail on every drink and dish. Our server, Lauren, was so kind and knowledgeable. This place truly aims to please. Food is truly outstanding.
