We made reservations several days ago for Mother’s Day. We arrived 5 minutes early but still had to wait 35 minutes before they told us we would have to sit in the bar or it would be a much longer wait. I was a bit disappointed because the restaurant itself is beautiful but I’m not much of a bar person and didn’t enjoy the Tv’s or the loud music. We ordered about 20 minutes later. We waited an additional 25 minutes before we were even given some bread. The bread was worth the wait however. I was disappointed it was a limited Mother’s Day menu as there were not many favorites on there. When we were served our food an hour and 10 minutes after I got there my crab ravioli was room temperature, my child’s buttered noodles were lukewarm and my other had dynamite shrimp and she said that was good. We had oreo cake for dessert which was delicious. Overall the food was not that great which is a shame because previous visits had always been amazing. I’m assuming it was Mother’s Day that made it not so great. Our waitress was actually the bartender and she was non stop all over the place trying to make drinks for the whole restaurant and serve the people also sitting near the bar. She worked extremely hard. Based on this visit I would not be back but I may give them another chance when not a holiday.

We walked in and were pleasantly surprised at the atmosphere and presentation, it looked like and felt like a step above your typical chains like olive garden. But to be frank, I wish we had gone to Olive garden, instead we waited 40 minutes before even water was given to us. It took 20 minutes for the bus boy to literally drop the basket of bread on our table and walk away before we even had a chance to say thank you. The server was completely missing in action taking care of every other table. The manager finally took notice of our neglect and became our impromptu server, had he not come we would have never gotten our drinks, appetizers or main course. Speaking of the main course, it finally arrived at 1 hour 15 minutes into service. It would’ve been understandable if it had at least beaten out olive garden in the sauce department. Shrimp isn’t chicken nor does it share any like consanents, so we were confused as to why there was chicken on our plate. We felt trapped at an hour and 30 minutes, as we had asked for the check AS our food was brought to us. We had to get the hostess to flag down our missing soldier and finally allow us to sign our freedom papers.

Excellent service, our waiter served us above and beyond and was very courteous. The food was excellent, it was served in a timely manner. All food was hot and extremely good. Deserts looked great. Others in our party enjoyed the deserts. As a diabetic I could not have any goodies, although the Italian coffee was a great dessert for myself. Very clean and very nice atmosphere. Highly recommended. I will definitely return!

We have been to this restaurant many times and overall have had a good experience. This visit was not great. We had reservations (early evening) , and were sat immediately. Then waited almost 30 minutes for a server to take drink orders and almost another 30 minutes to get a drink. Food took about 1.5 hours before it came out, and some was cold and honestly the rest was not as good as we have had in the past. Other tables that were seated after us all seemed to get drinks and food significantly more quickly. We did get one round of drinks comped for the inconvenience, but honestly a quick drop by from the manager would have been appreciated.

The food and service was good. So many food options. The sangria tasted great, not to sweet! It was very loud though. It reminds me of a large pizza shop. The bread to me was ok, wish it was a little softer.

Been eating at Liberatores since they opened in Bel Air and always satisfied until Easter dinner yesterday. They should have never taken reservations for 11 at 5 pm. Soup was cold and uneatable and also cold or rom temp were the chicken, fish, meatballs and mussels. About an hour or so someone came by and told us they would be putting everything away so we needed to get what ever we wanted then. Not enough desert left either for 10 adults. Felt like we were being kicked out instead of having a leisurely pleasant family dinner. Worst experience in any restaurant ever especially paying $32 per person for a cold meal.

I got the shrimp and scallop Tetrazzini. Unfortunately it smelled and tasted like peanut butter and was very sweet for a cream sauce pasta. Size of the shrimp and scallops for were big but the sauce was horrible. In addition the flounder we ordered was not fresh but was edible.

Wonderful Restaurant week selections! Beef Risotto was fabulous, tender, juicy steak nestled on top of creamy wild mushroom risotto. The beef demiglace took this dish to a whole other level. Our server Veronica was warm, efficient and very affable! Great tiered pricing.
