We can’t get enough of this place! It’s always incredible- all of it! But tonight we dined as a party of 6 and everything was beyond flawless perfection. We had bar drinks, appetizers, kids’ meals, THE FILET IS TO DIE FOR, and pasta dishes. We opted against dessert (we rarely pass up the fabulous dessert options), but had special desserts waiting for us at home. Our waitress (completely forgot her name 🙁 but she was just unbelievable. So attentive, funny, kind, and on top of everything! The other staff members helped to keep our plates cleared, waters full, and just kept a close watch on all the tables for the most impressive teamwork. Seriously- of all the actual steakhouses out there, Liberatores in Westminster cooks up the most delicious, literally sizzling, filet! Peno the owner makes his rounds and makes you feel like family! Even checking in on my kids and ensuring he took care of eating a “burnt” French fry off her plate and we cracked up!! We love this place so much!!!

We celebrated my husband’s 50th birthday on a Saturday evening. We had a large group of 23 people and our server, Morgan couldn’t have done a better job. She was assisted by a few others as well. She kept the food and drinks coming and even took a group picture of us!

We enjoyed our Valentine’s Day dinner as a family of 4 at Liberatore’s Westminster location last night. I’m leaving this review not only because the food and service were fantastic, but because we actually mistakenly booked our reservation for Sunday the 15th instead of Saturday the 14th and didn’t realize it until we had both kids (ages 4 and 8 months) dressed and on the way to the restaurant. We called without much hope and explained our mistake, and to our surprise they told us it wasn’t a problem and to come on in. They did not have to accommodate us on such a busy night (and it was!), when we were the ones to make a mistake, but they did – and they did so happily. We enjoyed the stuffed shrimp and crab ravioli and indulged in the Oreo cake. This isn’t the first special occasion we have spent there, and won’t be the last!

Thoroughly enjoyed meeting friends for dinner last night! Service was attentive & courteous. We don’t go out often so this was a real treat! Three of us had the most delicious meals & lovely atmosphere. My husband complained the Chicken Parmesan was over cooked. But we will try again. Can’t wait to meet to celebrate there in the future. This review is about my experience during the hours of 4-7pm on a Friday night between Christmas and New Years.

When entering the restraunt, it was relatively quiet and was sat quickly. I believe that there was a limited menu for the holidays as I did not receive the full regular menu.
My drink for choice was the Chaniti Classico RSV ( picture provided ). Which would pair wonderfully for the course of my meal.
> Antipasti: Bruschetta ( Picture Provided ) – the bread was wonderfully toasted, it was not burnt. The diced tomatoes were a bit too much in quantity but overall taste was delicious.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆
>Primo: Fettuccine Bolognese ( picture provided ) – the noodles were soft as ever, melted in my mouth. The meat was tender. The sauce was creamy and it was good to see that a tomato was NOT added for a bolognese sauce. I felt the Peas did not add or take away from the dish but was a delightful addition of color to the dish.

Digestivo and Caffé: Tiramisu & Espresso ( pictures provided ) – the Espresso, I am unsure if it is pre-made/keurig or if it was fresh. However, it was delicious a and bold coffee. The Tiramisu was light, fluffy and paired wonderfully with the Espresso.
Because of the uncertainty of the Espresso I’m giving it…

When talking to other guests, I was informed that happy hour was happening. Knowing this, I can see how a later meal or an earlier meal can be enjoyed without interruption. All in all, with this I give the atmosphere a

First restaurant in Westminster that we found a cordials’ menu. Definitely our new favorite restaurant in town now. Highly recommended.

My husband and I have been here twice now and have been pleasantly surprised with the cocktails and food each time. We’ve sat in the bar and enjoyed the atmosphere. The beet salad appetizer has become a favorite of mine & the Christina Pizza is so good. The Espresso Martini is just delicious.
