Libby’s Long Dogs is a mobile food truck serving gourmet hot dogs in the Mount Washington Valley. Our hours of operation and location vary, but you’ll often find us at Ledge Brewing Co. in Intervale. Check our website and social media for our schedule! We serve out of a charming, hand painted 1960’s camper. Our menu rotates seasonally and we offer gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options. 5 stars all around for Libby’s Long Dogs. I always get their daily special and it’s always a flavor-filled masterpiece. It’s also the perfect serving size, in my opinion. The long dogs and loaded toppings leave me satisfied—not overstuffed, but not still hungry. The ingredients are fresh; a lot are sourced locally. The owners who run the food truck are MWV locals and some of the nicest, coolest locals around. Would highly recommend trying a Libby Long Dog ASAP.

I’ve been craving a gourmet hot dog experience in my backyard for some time, and then Libby’s Long Dogs fully delivered this phenomenon. You know they put their heart and soul in their recipes and ingredients, and they’re just as excited for you to love it as you are to eat it! Parked at Ledge Brewery (a quick drive from downtown North Conway), these gourmet wieners coupled with one of the local brews are the perfect wrap-up to a day of activities in the Whites. The gluten-free options, especially the Banh Mi, have made a repeat weekly customer out of me. Don’t miss out on this spot!

Libby’s Long Dogs is GREAT! I tried them for the first time a couple Saturdays ago when they were set up at Ledge Brewing. Friendly folks working the food truck, very tasty and creative hotdogs and fantastic shirts! Pray to Jerry Garcia that you run across this food truck after a long day hiking in the Whites.
