2/28/26-Don’t know how I’ve missed this place all these years, but it could not be better. Excellent service, exquisite food, and great prices. Do yourself a favor and support this great local establishment.
We ordered the pad Thai and the boat noodle soup. My partner liked his pad Thai. Flavorful, a perfect balance of sweet and savory. Noodles were cooked well and tossed in with perfectly cooked vegetables.
I got the boat noodles and loved it. The broth had so much depth and comfort to it. The beef was so tender, practically melted in your mouth. Everything went together so well. 10/10 would eat it again.
The mango sticky rice was about what you’d expect. Familiar and pleasant. Well balanced in creaminess and sweetness. Mangoes aren’t in season during this time of the year, but you wouldn’t be able to tell with this one.
There was also chicken dumplings we got as appetizers; also what you’d expect. Familiar and crispy.
I didn’t even need to taste the food to know the food was good because there was never not someone there to pick up their delivery while we ate. One person after another, after another. In total, maybe 7-8 different people coming in to pick up their orders within a 40-minute window.
Liang’s is tucked away behind some construction but was worth the drive!
I just came back from Thailand not too long ago and it’s been a great blessing but also a curse; I had a lot of amazing Thai food but now everything I’ve tried here just obviously doesn’t compare. Out of all the Thai places in Colorado, Liang’s comes closest to the real deal. The Thai Basil always hits the spot with such rich flavors and papaya salad is the same. Make sure to keep in mind that the Thai spice levels are true here (if you aren’t good at handling spice, definitely don’t go above a 3 on the 1-5 scale).
The service here was great as well. Our server was very attentive and made sure our water cups were never empty. Food came out at a reasonable time given how fresh everything tasted.
The restaurant is a bit on the smaller side and it can get loud with all the conversation going on but the food will make you forget your surroundings.
I am about to head there now to get my Thai food fix!
A quick tip: we ordered spice level 3, and it turned out to be much spicier than what we’ve had at other Thai places, so if you’re sensitive to heat, I’d recommend choosing a spice level between 0-2, with 5 being the spiciest.
The tofu is PERFECT and the lady behind the counter is really nice.
