Excellent fresh bagels! This is my first time there, and I ordered an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese as a baseline. The bagel was large and chewy and was fresh. They told me they make the bagels they’re fresh and I could tell.

Bagels are excellent! Lox and cream cheese spread was good but could use a little more lox. Staff was friendly and attentive! Just an old-fashioned corner store. Good to have one in the neighborhood.

Live locally (Holland) and read review in Uptight Suburbanite (formerly Carrier Pigeon) but had been meaning to check it out. Not from NYC, but always in search of a great NY style bagel. Liam’s hit the mark. Picked up a couple of Everything bagels to test drive and they were excellent. Help this place stay the course and try them out. U will not be disappointed. Just great to have a local spot with this quality.

Had the chance to try Hollander Market’s New York-style bagels before their full release—and wow. These are hands down the best bagels in the area. Perfectly chewy, with that classic NY bite and flavor you just don’t find around here. If you’re a breakfast sandwich lover, this is about to become your go-to spot in the Holland/Newtown area. Big things coming from Hollander Market—don’t sleep on it!

We had a phenomenal experience with Liam’s Bagels. I hosted a brunch at my home and ordered a selection of bagels and spreads. We had a variety of foods on the table, but people could not stop commenting on how fresh and delicious the bagels and homemade cream cheese were. Even the picky foodies in the group were genuinely impressed!
The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. These guys truly know how to do bagels and great service! Highly recommend!

The BEST bagels ever!!! Searched for a very long time for NY style bagels and this place doesn’t disappoint!!! Get some bagels you won’t regret it! I wish they were on DoorDash or had some kind of delivery service.

Well I am a bagel snob. next New Yorker, who has not ever found a bagel in the Philadelphia area that’s good. Went to this place at the end of the day and there were only two bagels left one egg and one plain. Bought the plain and some scallion cream cheese. You need some good teeth for this bagel, but it’s perfect. It was big, crusty dark and chewy as hell and you could smell some of the yeast also. Came home and took out one bagel and opened the cream cheese and had an affair. Loved it. If it’s not your cup of tea, I’m sorry, but I thought it was a terrific bagel.

This place is legit! The “everything” bagel was very satisfying, with a crisp outside and soft/chewy inside. Just perfect! And the homemade Maple Bacon cream cheese was quite good too. Overall, a terrific find and I will be back.

Tried for the first time and not really understanding the hype, breakfast sandwich was mediocre. Cheese was practically absent. Bagel was hard on the outside and on the smaller side. Ended up just eating the top half.
