Wow what a find! Extremely good food and very generous portion sizes. The staff is very sweet. The owner gave me her homemade spicy sauce, WOW!

Despite recommendations from friends, our experience was abysmal. Called at 5:00pm on Xmas day to double check hrs of operation-open until 8:30 & asked if a reservation might be a good idea(was told not needed). Our party of 4 arrived at 7:00pm. We sat down & waited over 15 mins before the waitress came over to inform us that no food available other than rice or lomein, as they had run out. There was only 1 other table with 4 ppl there so 15+ mins to be acknowledged seemed discourteous. We then ordered rice & lomein & asked about ordering a cocktail while we waited for our order; no alcohol available. (We had driven over an hr on not so great roads, one way, to get there) The food we did get was mediocre. VERY frustrating & will not be back. Would not recommend to others.

I hate that I have to make this review but I must warn others. We ordered $80 worth of food. Chicken fingers, steamed dumplings, boneless spare ribs, beef teriyaki, chicken teriyaki, white rice and pork fried rice. Everything was absolutely disgusting and had zero taste. White rice looked like it was a week old. Chicken fingers were basically just batter, beef teriyaki was dry and tasted so gross. Chicken teriyaki was extremely dry. Boneless spare ribs were coated in some oil? Idk what it was. Then the steamed dumplings were definitely store bought from the frozen section.
$80 is a lot of money for everything to be tasteless and gross. We will never order from here again. Linda’s diner is WAY better and fresh.

Came in from out of state and stopped by this hidden gem around the corner behind gas station with large group in Colebrook. The great dishes to eat here were egg foo young, orange chicken, beef broccoli, sesame shrimp, and beef teriyaki. Garlic chicken and Fried rice was decent, just needed a little more flavor but all in all reasonably priced and great for leftovers next day. Definitely be back again on my next visit. Poo platter appetizer be warned is huge amount of food, really meal in itself!

Love this place! Has delicious Chinese food. Love the crab racoon and chicken wings.
It’s kinda hidden away, across from Walgreens and behind Bug Apple.

The food is superb, especially my favorite; General Taos chicken. They have a cozy dine-in atmosphere. They do take-out as well. The staff is very friendly and they’ve been around for decades. That says something. It can be a little pricy if you have a group setting BUT you get what you pay for and that’s a delicious meal! 🙂

Decent American-Asian cuisine. Nothing remarkable. Decent prices. Only place around in the Colebrook area if you’re looking for standard “Chinese food”.

Well, it’s edible. Nothing worthy of writing home, but if you are hungry, eh, there are better choices nearby.
Place is quiet, clean, empty. So if you want a spot that fits those criteria, this works.
Waitress was friendly and talkative.

I have had excellent food here and I’ve had bad food here, sometimes the crab Rangoon are stuffed and great others they’re flat. The food is just too random on taste and quality for the price.
2024 update – just got Chinese here after not having it in a long time and for the price the crab Rangoons have less then a baby’s spoon of filling
