Only gave 4 stars for atmosphere because we always pick up or use delivery, so that may not be fair. Always looks clean. Great pizza! The food shows they really pay attention to detail. Every slice is consistent. Toppings are distributed perfectly evenly. You have to try the big pie. It will never disappoint.

A classic downtown pizzeria with probably one of the best Margarita Pizza I’ve ever had. We went there recently for dinner on a Sunday night after a beach outing nearby. The ambience is welcoming and they have seating space for may be about 30-40 people. Not too big but spacious enough to enjoy a nice dinner. The margarita pizza that we ate was really flavorful with bursting flavors of fresh tomato sauce with basil and of course mozzarella cheese. The crust was just perfect too. Our server Carolina was super busy but had a smile on her face at all times.

I have been coming to this pizzeria since I was a kid when it was Freddie’s. Naturally when I came home to visit I had to go for the nostalgia. The pizza was thin crust and delicious! Ordered both a thin Sicilian and regular pie, along with the seared scallops. We were a large group and was able to taste a few dishes which were all fantastic! I highly recommend you give it a try.

I am a new-ish Long Branch resident and Lezamas was one of the first pizza places I went to since moving here. Since then, I have tried several other local pizzerias and I have found that Lezama’s is my favorite. Their seafood is also absolutely delicious. I have ordered takeout many times, and have never had a bad experience. I also like to dine in, since it is BYOB and their complementary bread is delish!

Incredible! We got all this – and two desserts – for $60 or so. It’s hard to tell, but that’s a 14 inch sub for perspective about how big the rest was! This feed three people well for two whole meals. The calzone was delicious. The cheese steak was one of the best I’ve had and the bread was so fresh. And the thin crust pizza was surprisingly delicious! The server brought us breadsticks during our wait. Can’t wait to be back next time we head to the shore!

Lezama gets 5 stars because of more than one reason. Years ago this building was Freddy’s and they were one of the places my parents grew up on. They are definitely up to par if not better than Freddy’s. Back to my parents, they are frequent customers of Lezama. We have never really had anything negative to say and would recommend the grandma and the breaded chicken parm pizzas. They have never made a pie we disliked. Today 6/17 we had a miscommunication and we ended up with a cheese Stromboli instead of a chicken parm. I called and explained that my parents were regulars and very hard customers to please, so if they’re regulars you’re doing something right. They had us come back and pick up a chicken parm Stromboli, but when I got home, my dad had devoured the cheese Stromboli XD. Do yourself a favor and order from this place if you live in Long Branch, or visit the shore this summer.

I enjoy your Italian subs quite a bit, probably going to order one right now, always feels like a bang for my buck because of the fries you give. Which are usually crispy and good most of the time but they’re crinkle cut so I’m not knocking you.
