Went there today with my family to watch the Nutcracker around 1pm. Lady behind the counter couldn’t be any less helpful. She was a white woman in her 50s wearing a cream shirt and had black shoulder length hair. We asked her about food (because we saw they serve grab and go sandwiches on the menu before you come inside the lounge) and she said they didn’t have any and we had to probe to even see if they had any hot drinks. She just stared at us and gave very short replies. We got a cup of hot water and a green tea bag. my husband and I sat down and we kept seeing people walk away with sandwiches. So then my husband went to ask someone else behind the counter annd they said they had all of the sandwiches available. Everyone else working there was helpful and friendly except for that lady. Very terrible service and unwelcoming atmosphere with that lady working there. Definitely don’t think someone like that should be working in customer service.

I went here once before last year and had this amazing, expert level Japanese noodle dish. It wasn’t on the menu this time when I went to see Hamilton but I had something just as amazing.
I had the house made bologna sandwich. First of all, I can’t believe these people are making their own bologna. Second of all I can’t believe how absolutely delicious it was.
I’m already looking forward to coming back next year. Everything I’ve tried here has been exceptional. If you’re going to a show at The Kentucky Center you should really try out their restaurant. It’s really one of my favorite places to eat when I have the opportunity.
Job well done, Scene!

I liked it! A bit pricey for some items, but spot on for others. I had the fish special which was an interesting salmon dish. $28 and worth it! My husband had the burger $17. Not a good choice. We had the appetizer skewers $13 which were delicious and the chocolate tahini cake $11 which really surprised us flavor wise. We did not leave feeling overly full which is good since we were there for the show.
I highly recommend it for one more reason. Location. It makes getting to the theatre so much easier!!!

We participated in The Chef’s Table event. The ad said “All you care to have”, but when we arrived the food was pre-portioned in appetizer sized portions (fish was literally one bite!) and there were signs that you were only allowed one. What really makes that a shame is that the little that was on the plate was really delicious. It certainly was not worth the $30 per person.

Food was absolutely amazing. Hands down best restaurant I have been to in Louisville. Perfect setting for a dinner before a show at the always exceptional Kentucky Center for the Arts.
Love it so very much. Keep up the great work and keep raising the bar!

We had a great experience here before our show. The food, drinks and service were all fantastic and the space is gorgeous.

This place has some incredibly lame food. Of course it is Louisville Kentucky so you need to lower your standards a lot. Taste like peanut butter and noodles and they are calling it Indonesian. It’s one of those places you try once then make a promise to yourself to never step foot back in.

This was my second time at the Lexus Lounge and I will continue to go there before every play it is that good. Desserts are awesome as well.

Horribly managed. Waiting at the host stand for what seemed like forever until a lady came up and told us to sit anywhere. THERE WAS NO SIGN STATING THIS. A SIGN WOULD BE HELPFUL.
