We got the “Ma Baker” and added chicken and Canadian bacon. It was so good, fresh, and tasty!!!
Ironically by the name, this was one of the worst pizza experiences we’ve had.
I walked in, lights were so dim almost seemed off. Had to double-take and make sure they were actually open or just accidentally left the door unlocked.
After verifying the hours, i walked up to the order counter. Not a single person was present, and there was no bell or anything to announce presence.
After waiting about 3-5 minutes, a lady came out of the back carrying another order for two people sitting at a table. She came back to the P.O.S and simply asked what I wanted. No greeting, no hospitality. Just straight to the point.
After placing my order, i was quoted 25 minutes.
I came back 20 minutes later to pick up my order. Coming back in, there was seemingly a larger party seated in the middle of the restaurant. I walked to the checkout again and waited. Finally a lady seated at the table got up and again, just asked what I was wanting.
After telling her I’m picking up an order under my name, she asked yet again what i wanted. Then clarified, and asked what I ordered. Whats the point of using names on orders if youre just going to ask what i ordered.
After everything i finally got my food.
We open it up, and it looks fairly regular.
The cheesesticks, however, were luke warm and weirdly breaded. Whatever, every place does it different.
The star of the show, the pizza, was exceptionally crunchy in the bottom, and somehow extremely thick and way too chewy in the rest of the crust.
The cheese was lackluster and didnt taste like any quality was present, same to every other topping we had received. Chicken was weirdly spongy, and almost tasted like shrimp.
Pepperoni was boring, and the mushrooms were extremely soggy.
Going based off other reviews, i cannot believe that this was made in a stone oven. It has the same amount of cornmeal as papa johns uses, and the lack of browning ontop of the crust insist its a simple commercial oven and not a stone or wood oven.
Honestly the worst part of this was that 2 small personal pizzas, and cheese sticks somehow costs near 40 dollars. If youre charging that much money for 2 2 topping small pizzas, then you should be able to afford quality in the toppings.
Genuinely some of the most disappointing and lackluster pizza experiences we’ve ever had. From the service and hospitality, to the food.
