Where’s the flavor!? I enjoyed the atmosphere, staff and variety to choose from but both the burger and fries lacked any defined flavor that would have made it as good as it looked.

Need to give a 1 star. Staff not very friendly. Waiting 30 minutes for a burger and fries ( They were not busy ) Got my order, started driving home, they gave me the wrong order. I came back got my order, the cheeseburger was made wrong. Small portions. Not worth it at all.

Went back to this Lexie’s location and was disappointed in the overall quality of the service and food. To start, I understand a lot of places are understaffed and keep that in mind when rating a restaurant; however, there were only a couple of parties dining when we arrived and the waiter/hostess took a good while to take our order. Once our order arrived my wife’s beef burger was very rare (she asked for it well done). We did return it only to have the waiter bring us back the wrong burger. The waiter did take it back and give it to the appropriate table. Finally after at least a 10+ minute wait my wife got her burger with an apology from the front line cook (we did appreciate the fact they at least acknowledged the mistake). As for my meal, I thought the quality of the meat was fine, but needed some seasoning and the fries were on the overcooked side. With that said, not sure if I would rush back to this location.

I don’t usually take time to write reviews but the customer service we experienced last night was so incredible I had to! We love Lexie’s burgers and ordered some online last night, when we arrived we realized we ordered to the wrong Lexies location. Lexie’s Exeter employees were over the top accommodating and refunded our original order and made a new one quickly. They were SO unbelievably kind about our mistake it made our night. Thank you Lexie’s for your kindness!!!
