I was immediately informed I would need to get a refund for my money back! I said would’ve I didn’t want a refund? She said well I cannot help you! I said well can you explain why 1 my shrimp didn’t come as I ordered! Note to myself: If I paid almost $20.00 for some bang bang (w/sauce) shrimp why I didn’t receive that (even on the side would’ve been nice)?
Since she was clueless & didn’t know what to do cus as she stated she didn’t bag my order (in which I even had to ask for napkins & utensils)! I asked her well can you ask The Chef why my shrimp didn’t hv sauce on them etc.? Her: I’m not getting The Chef on the phone for that (I didn’t want on the phone but to simply ask an ?)! I almost dbl. checked my food but gv benefit of the doubt. I’m so disappointed in her lack of Customer Service skills! Her lack of empathy & RESPECT SHE SHOULD BE FIRED!!!! You spend $50.00 (plus) on an order & it tastes like what you’re not used to! After all The disrespect she HUNG UP IN MY FACE!!! I will never step foot in any of the establishments! My Business is down the way & if they ran a loyalty program I would’ve been at the top! I used to refer people & brag how you can get a steak order in & pick up by 2:00a.m.! I DID NOT WANT A REFUND I WANTED WELL I AM TRULY SORRY FOR THAT! If in the area we’ll be happy to make it right!!! I will walk in there though one more time to speak directly w/ The C.E.O.!
It was amazing! It’s a must try if you love Phillies and kimchi. It wasn’t too spicy, just right.
9/16/23: Our visit today was good except our server was unfriendly and inattentive. Sara, our favorite server there, came over and talked to us about the game for a bit, got a couple things for us, and told us our server was new. Because of Sara, and because our server acted friendlier before we left and because she is new, I left the standard 20% tip. Planning to come back, but hoping we don’t get the same server, or that she is friendly, which is what I value most in a service person. Rudeness sucks, regardless of who one deals with it what the situation.
