Booked a room for March 26, checked in, went to our room, the room was quite cool so we turned up the heat and went to the hotel restaurant, excellent meal, spent about an hour at dinner, afterwards went back to our room very cold actually colder than when we left for dinner, turned the thermostat all the way up heat did not kick on, so went back to the restaurant spoke to the person there and she said that the master heat switch had to be flipped on… Really?
She said that she could do that when she got a chance but may be a while, so back to our room and waited 30 to 45 minutes. We were tired of waiting and cold so we left and we didn’t ask for a refund we just wanted to go somewhere with heat..Like I said good food but I would think at this time of year (March) the room would be at least be warm.
