Reviews
Charles provided phenomenal service and genuine hospitality from start to finish. He walked us through the different cuts of steak in detail, explaining the flavor profiles, preparation, and even the history behind them, which made the experience feel elevated and intentional. His recommendations were spot on — everything we ordered was incredible.
We were celebrating my wife’s birthday, and Charles went above and beyond to make it special. On top of that, a huge shoutout to the hostesses for the beautiful handmade birthday card and thoughtful touches — it was such a personal and heartfelt gesture that truly made the night stand out.
Between the food, the atmosphere, and the outstanding staff, this was a memorable experience all around. We will absolutely be back and will 100% ask for Charles again. Highly recommend!
Service follows suit. The staff are friendly, helpful, and impressively informative, striking that sweet spot between polished and personable. Special credit to our server, Rich, who treated the evening like a celebration and made sure every question had an answer and every recommendation had a reason. One of the loveliest touches was the tableside presentation of steak and dessert options before we ordered. There is something both charming and reassuring about seeing exactly what is headed for your plate before you commit.
Start with the bone marrow. It is an absolute must, gloriously rich and deeply flavorful, the kind of dish that silences a table for a moment while everyone nods appreciatively. You may want to plan on two servings, not because you are greedy but because you will be once you taste it. For the main event, the porterhouse for two arrived cooked to perfection and sliced for display right on the plate. I love when a kitchen does this. You instantly see that perfect cook temperature, and the first slice needs no guesswork, only a fork.
The bar is not merely an accessory here. The Green Goddess cocktail is bright and herbaceous, a clever counterpoint to all that steakhouse decadence, while the smoked old fashioned arrives with drama and delivers with depth. Finish with the classic cheesecake, a textbook example of why certain desserts never go out of style. It is creamy, clean, and exactly what you want at the end of a steak dinner.
Everything about this meal was spot on. From the old school ambiance to the attentive service to the confident cooking, Lewis Steakhouse in Jupiter, Florida delivers the full experience. I would recommend it to anyone and fully intend to return for many more meals. And one more nod to Rich, who made the evening feel special in all the right ways.
Our server, Carlos, set the tone immediately — attentive, personable, and professional. He has a gift for creating that rare feeling of, “I’m here to make your evening great and relaxing.” It’s a level of service you don’t often see anymore.
The restaurant itself captures that classic steakhouse feel — dark, moody, and elegant, with an atmosphere that nods to the old-school steakhouses of the past. The cuts are presented tableside, which is a thoughtful touch you just don’t see very often anymore. And unlike so many places today that seem eager to turn tables, Lewis moves at a deliberate, relaxing pace that invites you to settle in and enjoy the evening.
I ordered a smoked Old Fashioned, which was spectacular, followed by the bone-in ribeye, cooked medium-rare with a perfect char. It arrived pre-cut and presented beautifully on a wooden board. The Brussels sprouts were another standout — tender, flavorful, and covered in a smoky cheese sauce with crisp chunks of bacon.
It’s not a cheap meal, but it’s worth every dollar. The true mark of a great restaurant is when you know it’s expensive — but you never once feel like you overpaid. Lewis Steakhouse achieves that effortlessly.
If you can afford it, go and enjoy. If you can’t, save up and make it a special night with someone important. Lewis Steakhouse isn’t just dinner — it’s an experience worth having.
12/28: we dined again and requested Adam as our server because he was so excellent. Another amazing dinner with delicious food! We tried the tuna tartare on HH and the buffalo chicken lollipops on HH to try something different. The tuna was melt in your mouth, perfect spice and the fish was very fresh. Bestie ordered the crab cake entree and I ordered the wagyu filet special with foie gras truffle butter and both were delicious. We ended up ending our meal with the chocolate cake and a to go coconut cream pie. Adam, once again, took amazing care of us and was very accommodating and made our dining experience feel special. He remembered the wine we ordered our first time dining as well.
The dessert sampler looked tempting and had great reviews, but we were too full to try it this time. Our server, Tony, was wonderful—pleasant, attentive, and made the experience even better. Our meals came out promptly and everything exceeded expectations.
Highly recommend this spot in Jupiter, West Palm Beach, for anyone who loves a great steak!
Thank you Brian. You were an awesome host.
Definitely coming back
