First time visiting this place, I was greeted with southern hospitality. As I entered, I saw clean and well organized restaurant. Server was very helpful and friendly, made us feel welcomed. Ordered the Mexican omelette and Lewis sub. … everything was so delicious. They also serve meal portions generously. 10/10 recommend.

This place is a little secret known to many locals around Ft. Smith. They are only open til after lunch, but if you can make it hear for breakfast, brunch, or lunch, man are you in for a treat. Food is made fresh to order in this little diner situated at the corner of Hwy 71 S & Zero St. Breakfast served the duration of service, burgers to die for, and the best bacon in the river valley. The pricing is reasonable and the owner is always so lovely. The staff have had an overhaul and are so nice and friendly. Service with a smile. We enjoy ourselves every time. Try their breakfast anytime, it’s absolutely worth it.

My family tried Lewis’ Family Restaurant for the first time today. We weren’t sure what to expect, with some of the reviews being negative, but for a Monday afternoon, we experienced a very clean restaurant with very friendly waitresses! We were pleasantly surprised in both of those senses! The food quality, overall, was good, and definitely met all expectations of what you’d expect at this price point. The food portions were VERY generous for the price! Definitely give Lewis’ Family Restaurant a try if you’re looking for a nice, cheap, and friendly breakfast, brunch, or lunch experience!

Went there for the first time in over 5 years hoping for better food. Wife order patty melt with onion rings, i got the double deluxe cheeseburger with fries. Her patty melt bread was burnt black, and the meat was extremely dry the onion rings were also burnt to a crisp and bland. My burger was dry even with all the fixing on it and crisp/burnt around the edges, fries where bland. . Service was ok though. Went back a couple of other times after this and it was alot better

Excellent place for breakfast or anytime you want authentic Southern cooking! Service is outstanding. Get the homemade sourdough bread with your breakfast. I always get the hashbrowns cooked extra crispy. Mom got over easy eggs and they were perfect. I got the sausage and cheese omelet and mine was excellent as well. Your coffee pot never runs dry because any of the wait staff will give you a refill as they roam around. Oh! And the bathrooms are squeaky clean.

This was my father’s favorite place! He passed away this week and we went to eat there as a family after making final arrangements. The service, the food, the FAMILY feeling as soon as you walk in the door. This is Fort Smith! Thank you for feeding my dad all the time. RIL Billy.

I liked this neighborhood restaurant. I got the Friday special. Catfish and hush puppies and green beans and macaroni and cheese. It was very good. I would return and eat here again.

This place was great, we got breakfast and it was pretty decent quality, main thing is the price is incredible and the quality you get for it, and service was great too. A lot of places have shifted to charging $15 for a standard diner kind of meal, but here you can still get a pretty solid breakfast for 10 bucks or less. Beyond breakfast, my buddy got a chicken fried steak and said it was also very good. It would be a great place to take a family, for people who have a few kids and want to go out to eat for an affordable price.
