Levi’s is extremely clean, friendly, and impressive in every way. They make all of their food from scratch, so everything is incredibly fresh. The portions are generous, and it’s rare these days to find a place that puts so much care and effort into their food. I was truly impressed.

The Cashier left to go on break in the middle of ringing up orders without letting anyone know, leaving a line of people waiting for their food.
The food was horrible. I got a fried shrimp dinner, the shrimp were cold and tough, hush puppies (they were old, hard and greasy) I couldn’t eat them, coleslaw (can’t explain the taste is was just nasty) and potato salad ( the only thing that was really edible). I WILL NOT be going back. I DO NOT recommend.

2/10/26. It’s my first visit. I just happened to be in the area. In this plaza, I have the choice of pizza, Chinese or Levi’s. I decided to try Levi’s. I was a little skeptical based on the overall rating of this restaurant. But still decided to go with Levi’s. I ordered one of their lunch specials ($10.99). I got baked chicken and two sides with a dinner roll & drink. Very good price! For me, I think it’s kind of hard to screw up baked chicken so I tend to always get that when trying out new places. The chicken was very juicy; flavorful. The green beans were very very tasty. I got lo mein as my other side which was also good. Everything was good but I loved the seasoned green beans the best. As I’m going to be in the area for a couple more days, I will be eating here each day.

I went there today and the food being served was all old and dried up. I asked for a refund and the owner was rude and accused me of visiting there before when it was my first and last time there. Do not… repeat, do not purchase old food from this place or you may get sick. The fried rice was dry and crispy as if it had been there for days there was chicken in some sort of old gravy… disgusting! Thank God I went to pick my food up vs. letting Uber delivery it. Please save your money and your stomach.

Ordered 3 WHOLE dinners via Ubereats… dinners SARAN WRAPPED so “someone” had to at least CHECK the orders at least ONCE …soooo there should be NOTHING missing … BUT OF COURSE dinner was missing a side. ‍♀️ ‍♀️ ‍♀️Callback was told sorry “ my employee must have missed it” in a “ awwww u ain’t got a SIDE THAT U PAID FOR boo-hoo”altitude…ths isn’t the 1st incident of “ missing food” OR COMPLETELY WRONG ORDER(from here)BUT …my thought is HEY ths is a BLACK business & imma SUPPORT IT….not after today buddy. “Enjoy” that side ok

I would not recommended patronizing this establishment. The foo is decent for the price. But the customer service was bad enough to turn any person away. We had a large group enter the restaurant. The server let us know that there would be a 30 minute wait for certain cooked foods. As a group we all placed our orders and sat in preparation for the given wait time. After over an hour of sitting and hearing nothing from any employee we finally went up to ask for an update. We were very patient during the hour wait, during the wait one of the servers misplaced a ticket and even sat down infront of us to eat her own personal food. Very sad and disappointing. To top it off, the resolution was that the chef was “overwhelmed” with the amount of tickets. However, we never got any update from th chef to let us know what was happening on the backend. One of the African American chefs stormed out of the back, with no context, yelling “ain’t no body getting no refunds” implying that we were trying to get free food. Needless to say no one from our family group will ever return here. And you shouldn’t either. Customers go out to eat for the experience as-well. This place misses the mark completely.

I brought two dinners. The collard greens weren’t seasoned and it too many stems. The cabbage wasn’t seasoned as well. The fish was cut in half normally it has several whole pieces. I was totally disappointed with the seasoning of the food.. I wouldn’t consider it Soul Food because it didn’t have the flavor of soul food. I don’t think I’ll ever eat there again. It used to be very good but not anymore.

Arrived 9 minutes after posted lunch special time and was adamantly and unapologetically told with a smile “LUNCH SPECIAL IS OVER”. I explained to the Asian man at the counter where you’re supposed to place your order that I drove all the way there from Suitland Maryland, passing up other places just to get me some Levi’s, found a spot to park midway to the end of the lot, and briskly walked down to the entrance door eagerly trying to make it on time! I was hungry so I ordered anyway .

The restaurant is clean but it does need more lighting, it’s kind of dark. I bought a rib dinner with mac/cheese & greens as sides. The sides were seasoned very well, they were quite delicious. Although the ribs were very tender, they weren’t seasoned at all & I was quite disappointed. Just add some seasoning to the BBQ sauce & season the meat before you cook them.

Poor service food sitting there while they prepare Uber Eats orders, if you want to wait 30 mins for carryout go here and Management only concern about Uber eats customer came in after me ordered a pork chop asked the line cook to push her order forward why should I wait longer because your staff doesn’t know the meaning of first serve first come. Please work on service Im a paying customer waiting forever Uber Eats, Door Dash these orders are Ghost Customers…I got in my car drove to your establishment order food and stood right in front of you waiting for my order while you prepared ghost orders and you never apologize.
