Visited for happy hour on a Thursday. Place was really empty. The reviews have bad so I’ve been hesitant on checking this place out and now I see why. Yes the price on the drinks and food is good on some happy hour items but service is bad. The bartender was attentive but 1. He gave me a drink menu that wasn’t used (they don’t make the drinks) and 2. Prices don’t match the menus. After I ordered something from the menu he gave me. He said he couldn’t make any of those cocktails except the regular lychee martini. Normally in this situation good bartenders would offer to adjust the price (not a big deal for $1) but he insisted and then showed me a completely different drink menu, that didn’t even include the drink I had ordered. He was just very immature and stubborn. I also ordered fried gyoza, something so simple but still came out wrong as steamed. Avoid this place if possible!

Kaito inside Level 29…This is not a restaurant. It’s a destination and an experience. The best Peruvian and Japanese fusion restaurant in South Florida. The new private Japanese-inspired Kaito sushi bar inside with meaningful connections to Japan are stunning. Sushi made at the bar. The best tuna and salmon from Japan and Denmark. Real wagyu. Real wasabi from the root made at the bar. Several different cuts of the tuna…belly and all. 14 courses w a great explanation of each by the host. Yellowfin too. Bonsai trees. Kimono. Japanese cherry trees. Make sure you meet Pedro to know where the inspirations came from.

If you’re looking for an excellent dining experience in Pembroke Pines, this restaurant is an absolute gem. Conveniently located inside the Pembroke Gardens Mall, it offers the perfect combination of accessibility and ambiance. Parking is never a concern, as there are plenty of free parking spaces available, making it easy to visit whether you’re coming for a quick meal or a special evening out.
One of the highlights is their Thursday Ladies’ Night from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., where you can enjoy a fantastic “buy one, get the second one free ” drink special. It’s a great way to unwind after work with friends while enjoying the vibrant, lively atmosphere.
The ambiance is warm, inviting, and well-suited for any occasion, from casual get-togethers to date nights. The service is truly outstanding—attentive without being intrusive, with staff who clearly take pride in ensuring guests feel welcome and well-cared-for. The food is equally impressive, with dishes that not only taste delicious but are also beautifully presented, reflecting attention to detail in every aspect.
We had a truly amazing time from start to finish. This is the kind of place you leave already planning your next visit. 150% recommended it!! you won’t regret it!

So, I’m not sure if we went on a night when the chef was not there or what happened but we had 18 people there and the food was awful. Every single dish… even the chicken fingers w fries that my nephew ordered. The drinks were bad as well but the food, was by far top worst dishes. There was zero flavor to the food and it did NOT taste like Peruvian food, just awful.

The atmosphere, and music were great. The services started bad but then it got great. If you’re going there for your bday, make sure you bring candles because they don’t have any.

I’d never come back here. If you want good Peruvian food, go to Embarcadero41… too bad they don’t take reservations but after this experience, I’d rather go and wait 3 hours for a table.

Side note for the person that designed the menu: you do not chop mussels when you serve choros à la chalaca.

The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated and has a nice atmosphere, even though we were seated outside and got caught in a bit of rain. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to the setting. I ordered the fettuccine pasta that comes with steak, and honestly, it was disappointing. The pasta had absolutely no flavor, and the steak—while slightly better—still wasn’t good at all no salt no pepper. Definitely not worth coming back for. Our waitress was friendly, but the service overall was just okay.

For the price of everything I expected it to be way better.

I was there recently celebrating a very good friend’s birthday. The service was Amazing! Starting from the hostess to the waitress (Fernanda). Drinks and food came out super fast and were delicious! The atmosphere is unique and adequate for all ages!
Ps: love the cactus that the music is pleasant and enjoyable.

Everything we got was a 10/10, unbelievable. Maybe I am happy to please but this sushi was the best I have had. My mother had the soup which was phenomenal , and we started off with the crab tostones. I will be coming back.

This is a hard one… like the atmosphere is kinda like an indoor putt-putt course, it’s not really a vibe, it’s just there. The sushi honestly almost saved the night, but the poke was weak. Service was not great, bring your own water and ask for a check before you sit down.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Level Twenty Nine, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish! The atmosphere was vibrant and inviting, making it the perfect setting for a special night out.

What truly made the evening exceptional was our server, Nicolas. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating. He took the time to explain the menu and offered great recommendations that perfectly suited our tastes. His enthusiasm and passion for the food and drinks made our dining experience all the more enjoyable. His recommendations were on point!

Nicolas consistently checked in on us throughout the meal without being intrusive, ensuring our glasses were always full and that we had everything we needed. His friendly demeanor and professionalism made us feel valued and well taken care of.

The food at Level Twenty Nine was nothing short of spectacular. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavors that showcased the chef’s expertise. It’s evident that both the kitchen and front-of-house staff are dedicated to excellence.

Overall, I can’t recommend Level Twenty Nine enough! If you’re looking for a fantastic dining experience, be sure to ask for Nicolas – he truly goes above and beyond to make your visit memorable. I can’t wait to return!
