We’ve been here so many times that this is our go to sushi place in Regina. Being originally from Calgary where all you can eat sushi was a popular thing, I definitely struggled finding a place I liked. Let’s Sushi covered all of those bases and more. The quality of food is absolutely phenomenal. Instead of leaving feeling sick, I can actually eat what I want and how much of it without feeling like I’m dying afterwards. The price is definitely fair, approximately $30/person including a drink, and not only do you get access to the conveyer belt but you also get access to the Chinese buffet as well. They’ve definitely gotten popular too because of how right they’re doing things. There’s been times that they’ve opened up their other seating sections to accommodate everyone because of how busy they get. They also don’t hesitate, they have plates of food going out on the belt consistently. The staff are polite and always make sure everything was good. Definitely recommend if you’re a sushi lover and looking for a good place in the prairies!

You can eat all you want, whether it’s sushi or Chinese food, and you don’t need to wait for them to prepare the food because it’s already ready to eat. The sushi rotates on a conveyor belt and you just take the one you like! I love it!

We went to Let’s Sushi for the sushi buffet and were really excited to try it. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing.
The Chinese food buffet section was decent, but nothing special. The sushi, however, was not good at all. We couldn’t even eat it — even the California rolls didn’t taste right. The sushi rice had a weird, mushy texture and everything tasted old.
On top of that, they tried charging us adult prices for our kids. When we told them the kids’ ages, they laughed at my husband and still tried charging adult prices. The staff were very rude, which made the experience even worse.

Visited Let’s Sushi on Valentine’s Day, so it was incredibly busy, definitely recommend calling ahead like we did if you’re planning a special occasion.
Despite the crowd and the chaos that comes with a packed restaurant, the staff handled the situation professionally. Our waitress had to deal with another group who seated themselves at our reserved table, and she managed it calmly and respectfully, which we appreciated.
The conveyor belt sushi is a really cool concept and fun to experience, especially for families or first-time visitors. The buffet had a good variety, though it felt a bit overwhelmed by the volume of guests that day, which is understandable given how packed it was.
Overall, it was an alright experience considering the Valentine’s Day rush. I’d be interested to return on a quieter day to experience it at its full potential.

Was quite a unique experience, got to try many different foods that ive never had before! The rotating sushi belt is so awesome! You get to see all these cool sushi combinations go right passed your table! They also have a chinese food buffet aswell (all for the included price) many different options to try, something for everyone! For dessert we tried their frozen chocolate soft serve it was quite decadent and was a pleasent end to our meal, we will be back again!

I ordered a firecracker roll and got nothing close to that. When I called to ask for a new roll I was advised to contact the uber driver for a refund! Then the woman hung up on me. Very disappointed in the service I received and will not be returning to this restaurant. Picture of what I ordered verse what I received.

A great place for a family dinner, corporate meeting, or just a business lunch. Relaxed atmosphere. A wide variety of delicious dishes and a huge selection of sushi. Desserts are available. We really like it. We’ve been there several times and have been completely satisfied every time. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fabulous! We arrived around 4:45 and it had a few people at various tables. I have allergies and the crew was incredibly helpful at letting me know the ingredients and even offered to modify off the menu, all of which sounds spectacular. They have a buffet with a decent amount items that will at least have something for everyone and if not, the delectable dessert bar complete with soft serve ice cream and sprinkles! By 5 pm it gets busy but worth waiting if you need to!
