This is absolutely a hidden gem in Alvin. The most authentic pho you’ll get anywhere. Their Banh Mi sandwiches are my favorite. I got the flank steak and fried egg. It was delicious. The atmosphere was lively but homey feeling as well. You HAVE to try their super fresh juices, especially the watermelon. It tastes like sticking a straw directly into a watermelon. No added sugar, just watermelon juice. The family feel of this place gives you the sense of having a delicious meal at home. (But without having to clean up afterwards) This place is a must try, and keep going again and again.

Limited menu, and they don’t even tell you that they are out off stuff when you order. My Dish was supposed to include tendon. I guess they just thought I wouldn’t notice. When I asked about it they said oh sorry they were out. For Houston area it’s pretty poor. Maybe it’s good compared to other local spots. Broth lackluster, the peanut sauce was good. Bathroom needed attention. 2 stars is generous.

The owners are super friendly. Pho is really good. But make sure to order the ‘special” spring rolls. They are beef with a crunchy piece. Sooooo good. Best spring rolls I’ve ever had. Their desserts are good and coffee too. My son hates coffee and wanted to go back and get some.

First time there and the food was delicious. We had the Vietnamese egg rolls and garlic butter wings for starters and they were the best we’ve had. The lemongrass chicken was really good and he also had Dubai chocolate we tried which was also delicious. We will definitely be back. Very friendly and great service.

The price was on the expensive side for the portion size. The noodles were overcooked, and the vermicelli didn’t come with much meat. The egg rolls were crispy, which was a plus. Overall, the experience was mid, and I wouldn’t come back. I prefer getting pho in Pearland where the portions are more generous for the price.”

Wow! I loved this place’s pho! I am a huge fan of pho and went with a friend to visit this place while at a training. It was an interesting set up where if you were dining in, you would just sit and the people came to you to order. I ordered a brisket pho and it was incredible! The broth was delicious and I gobbled every bit of it up! It’s a little bit of a distance for me normally, but I would definitely go here again! Hole-in-the-wall’s are the BEST!

Was not impressed, food was okay at best, staff was busy chatting so it took a long time to order and get our food. Tea was ordered, they forgot cups, when asked for one, they brought a big Styrofoam cup. Won’t be going back.

-Tofu Pho: very good; light, fresh, & very filling. This dish usually gets us tow meals. Get it to-go for later.
-Rock N Roll Tofu: This has to be one of the BEST Vegan Dishes in the area. The tofu is sooo crispy with an amazing flavor.
-Tofu Bahn Mi (cut the mayo): as mentioned earlier; I love Banh Mi’s! This is a delicious choice! I usually ask for a veggie sauce/dumpling sauce (vegan option) to dip the sandwich in. =] Might think I’m crazy.. but its fabulous!
We always find a way to get to Alvin just to stop by Lets Pho!
