We don’t live in the area but happened to be in Newmarket for a trip to the Apple Genius Bar. While looking for a bite to eat nearby, we stumbled upon Let’s Be Frank—and we’re so glad we did!
The food was served quickly, the portions were generous, and the entire place was clean. We especially appreciated the cafeteria-style layout, where you grab your own cutlery and sit wherever you like—it made for a relaxed and casual dining experience.
The highlight, though, was the owner! He was so friendly and kind, even taking the time to chat with us for a while, which really added a personal touch to our visit.
If you’re in the area and looking for delicious food and great service in a no-fuss environment, definitely check this place out. We’ll keep it on our radar for the next time we’re in town!

We are on holidays and we’re craving good portion of pasta and this hit the spot. The Caesar salad dressing was one of the best I have had but could use real bacon bits.
Portions were a good size. Came with 2 pieces of garlic bread. Staff- who I assume are owners were friendly.

Owner is super friendly and all food is fresh, delicious, and portion sizes are generous. Not only is their food great, so is their coffee! We enjoyed a latte & Americano in the dining room while waiting for our New Year’s take out order and the atmosphere is wonderful & cozy. Highly recommend if you’re looking for amazing service and meals!!

Great Italian inspired menu. Nice sized dine-in area for families. Ample portioned pasta dishes. Great veal sandwich! Nice lunch spot. They have all menu dishes for takeout.

I ordered chicken parm sandwich with peppers a and mushrooms. It was so delish. My husband ordered a steak sandwich(special of the day) the sandwich was over a foot long and my husband had to take the other half home. The steak with peppers and cheese was so good and tender. Our friends had a Greek salad and an egg plant sandwich and they were pleased. Everything was delicious and was well worth the money. Capachino and lattes topped it off. Yes we will definitely return.

Very good food, I had a grilled chicken sandwich with a slice of eggplant and mushrooms, very delicious. I also tried their Caesar salad, it was very creamy and yummy. Will definitely go back for more.

Amazing Italian deli and dine in
I stopped at Newmarket for an errand and this place caught my eye with its name
I tried the veal parmigiani sandwich and was thoroughly satisfied. Two veal cutlets showered in meat sauce, between a huge bun, with shrooms, cheese, peppers, and other toppings. The sandwich was huge and very tasty. Even half the sandwich kept me full for most of the day.
This was so good that if I were closer to Newmarket, I would try their pizza, spaghetti and pasta dishes, other sandwiches, coffee, and pizzas as I am sure the quality of those must be good as well
The dine in area has self serve condiments in including parmesan.
The dine in space is nice and cozy, well maintained, tidy, and nicely decorated with appropriate themed regalia.
This is how food should be. It’s humorous that there is a McDonalds across the restaurant that is serving much less impressive food for about the same fare and people skip Franks. Shame. There should not be a McDonalds there with Franks here
