The staff were very nice and the food is good, but it was way too loud. My date got a headache from the throbbing volume and it was only a Monday night, so there were no people to absorb the all the sound. We left after changing our order to take-out because we also couldn’t even hear each other talk.

This place doesn’t know how to make mixed drinks for some reason, I was given the shot separate from the juice. Assembly required. Waitress was nice but shot was a wallet-busting $12. Do not recommend.

Bartender was fantastic. Food, sub par. If you want a place that is 10$ a shot. This your spot. Put it this way. I had 7 shots, 4 beers, and 4 tacos to go. Tallied up to 143$. Look at the menu before you order. Careful as a tourist or in town for work.

Staff was friendly and the seafood soup was very good. Music was intensely loud for 7pm on a Monday night. Lightly harassed by some other patrons as we attempted to leave the parking lot. Don’t know that I would return without ear plugs and a large companion, but damn, it was some pretty good soup.

So before you go in there you need to understand that you’re probably not the target audience. There’s many restaurants like this one in the DC area and they’re basically aimed towards Hispanic men. The girls usually dress in very provocative clothing and they’re very flirty because they’re hoping to get you to buy a lot of drinks, and since the drinks are WAY overpriced it means they’re going to make a lot of money. Expect the food to be terrible because no one really goes there for the food. And the loud music? That’s also very common because no one goes there expecting to have an interesting conversation. So when you see all the bad reviews now you know why. Now if you are a glutton for punishment…knock yourself out.

Wait staff not friendly at all! The music is very loud I couldn’t hear my wife or myself speak!! Like if it were a Friday night! Or at a NIGHT CLUB!! It’s Tuesday evening!! We asked three times to turn the music down and they give us attitude. Our waitress Natasha was very good and fast! I’m sorry I will not recommended this place to no one! Especially being in Hyattsville Art District!

Worst bar i’ve ever been to. The “bartender” poured my first two drink from a glass with liquid that was sitting there before I got there. My drinks were measured with a shot glass sitting on the bar. Over priced. None of the “bartender’s” were wearing masks. Stay away.

Placed two to go orders and a margarita while I waited. Waited for a long time for two seafood dishes. Finally one came plated instead of boxed. I asked for a box and the other order which they had never put in. So I knew I wasn’t leaving anytimr soon. Finished the plated meal, and. still. waiting. The workers speak no english so be prepared to point at the menu and don’t bother asking questions. The good news is that I did like the taste of the food so not a total bust.
