This place is AWESOME. Don’t be fooled by the little blue truck, these guys are slinging some huge portion sizes and every bite is equally as delicious. You will NOT find better mexican food at these prices anywhere else in San Antonio. This is the kind of place you compare any other mexican spot to. We will definitely be back.

This little taco truck on the corner of Perrin and Sunshadow is fabulous. It’s on the corner with Jiffy Lube. Tortas are good size. Well stuff they’re not greedy with their food or ingredients. I did half Asada half pastor with a combo crinkly crispy fries and a Coke of course. This place is definitely a comeback to and may even have to try it closer to the evening when you want those mini tacos that you don’t get atcabana. I’ll be back this place many times.

I’m a good guy, but I get kinda grumpy sometimes, particularly those mornings when my back aches from getting older. So, you can imagine my delight when I happened upon Leo’s one such morning, and I was smart enough to stop and try their food.
Turned that frown upside down!
Got a Sausage & Egg Burrito, and it was good, like really really good. A smile came across my face as joy and love filled my belly, and that warm hug that real comfort food gives you enveloped my body. I felt my body relax as the grumpy clouds lifted with anticipation of another delicious bite. Their green sauce is creamy and delicious with a little bite, and their creamy red sauce, which has a tremendous depth of flavor, is also delish.
I’ll be back soon!
They have a broad menu, including breakfast lunch and dinner, and I will be going back to get some of their Wings & Asada Fries, then back again to try one of their Omelettes. I’m guessing it’ll be delish based on the perfectly cooked eggs in my burrito.

You can tell that they cook with heart, you can taste it in every bite. Great Job Leo’s!

Been coming here for months almost once a week, The deals they have are hard to beat, amazing food for an amazing price and they have so many options to choose from. The guy that does the talking is awesome which appears to be Leo’s son. Try the torta cubana or campechana and drench it with the green sauce you wont regret it. Wednesday birria is amazing too.

Excellent food truck. Spot on mini tacos (5) served minutes after I sat down. Since I was not taking it to go it was served on a nice ceramic plate. Great salsa. And onion, cilantro and lime like it should be served. I got asada. Good price too.

OK so my first time trying this place out did not realize so it’s their second day real great staff friendly owner food is made fresh to order so be patient. This is not fast food. That being said, I had the chorizo con Huevo taco was very good and I’ve been in cheese with bacon. I would definitely recommend you try this place out. We are going to go back for lunch and see
what they have.

I ordered the Barbacoa plate and Al Pastor plate last night. The Pastor was good, but the Barbacoa was horrible and I did not finish. It was dry like was reheated multiple times, flavorless and lacked seasoning. I am very disappointed I expected more flavor based on the reviews and just being in San Antonio. Also the salt and pepper packets did not help the flavor. I’m from DFW area and I’ve had better Barbacoa at the gas station taco shop and from the el rancho supermercado grocery store. The customer service was good they brought the food out to the car. Again the Barbacoa needs serious improvement or don’t sell it at all. Don’t ever in your life sell Barbacoa like that again. Last thing you need better chairs to make it more inviting maybe try some folding chairs.

The service was great. Friendly, helpful and prompt. The atmosphere was okay. There aren’t any tables or chairs; parking lot off of Perrin Beitel. It was nice and I enjoyed it.

I ordered 4 tacos and spent about 13 dollars. Not bad. My husband ordered 1 asada and 1 guisada with cheese and I ordered 1 bean and cheese with bacon and 1 guisada with cheese.
The guisada was definitely the star of the show. You could tell it was made with love. The flavor was on point and absolutely the best tasting guisada in San Antonio. The tortillas are a little thick but they were not bad.
My husband said the asada could have used some salt but overall it wasn’t terrible.
But…
how can you go wrong with bean and cheese? It was awful. The beans were absolutely flavorless and the taco was a bit sour tasting. I would not order that again.
I will definitely be back for the guisada but I’m kind of skeptical on trying anything else. Overall I’d rate this place a 5 out of 10.

Food is great. Pricing is comparible if not better than some of the mexocan restaurants in the area. Wish they had milanesa, other than that great spot!
