Leo’s Pizzeria is a family owned and operated business located at 212 S. Washington St, Pilot Point TX 76528. We are best Known for our hand tossed pizza with a crisp crust. We do have a full full Italian Menu with Classics like chicken parmigiana and shrimp Alfredo. We have dine in, take out and curbside available. Come for the pizza stay for the cannoli.

Quaint Italian restaurant in downtown Pilot Point. They advertise pizza the most but the pastas are what I came for. Started with garlic bread with real chopped garlic on the bread. Also had a salad with house balsamic vinaigrette dressing which was lite. Had the chicken tetrazzini, an item not on the menu. It has strips of ham, chicken, and mushrooms in a very garlicky white sauce. Finished the meal with their tiramisu. I will come again to try their other dishes

After reading some not so positive reviews, we decided to give this Pizzeria a chance. The garlic rolls were crispy and hot. The pizza was ok. It was sweet and salty. It was fresh and hot and the crust was really good. Just have to get past the salty part. Leo’s pasta with chicken was really good. It was not rich and overbearing, it was something I was able to eat completely.

So, you would think that a restaurant that has the word Pizzeria in the name would have good pizza. The pizza crust seemed to be from frozen dough, very flat, no flavor. The sauce was ok, toppings ok. We also ordered wings, heard them using the microwave, wings were clearly frozen and reheated. Would not recommend this place.

Leo’s is one of our favorite places to go! Everything from the calamari to the salads to the rolls and even their dressings are delish! Fresh and homemade, the Leo’s salad w/house dressing is my go-to, however, the shrimp Florentine, shrimp a la murphy, all the pizza, eggplant parmigiana and dons special is also top tier. The atmosphere is another reason it is one of my favorites! It feels like home and is very comfortable. Not loud. The staff are also wonderful. We love Leo’s and you couldn’t go wrong with any of their options because everything there is great! Great people and great food!

Okay, I want to start by saying, I am not the guy that’s the keyboard warrior, always giving bad reviews. I mostly only rate a place I am very happy with. That is not the case in this situation. I had a really terrible experience, at Leo’s. I met my girlfriend there for a late lunch early dinner. When we arrived we were the only ones in the restaurant and remained their only patrons the whole time. The waiter was a nice young man that was pleasant and well mannered. He brought us garlic rolls and butter. The rolls were dried out and hard. They kind of hard that seemed like they had been sitting out for a few days. They were cold too. We both ordered the Leo’s Salad, their house specialty. It sounded great on the menu. I asked for extra house dressing. When it got to the table they were both dry and missing some of the main ingredients. I asked about it and he brought me a side of the dressing because he forgot the first time and the rest of the salad ingredients. He apologized and said he forgot the salad ingredients. Still no big deal. We got what we asked for. It was good too. Then we ordered our meals. I ordered the pasta sampler and she ordered baked Ziti. The food came out and I was a little surprised of the portion size. It was tiny. At least mine was. The lasagna had one single piece of sausage in the whole helping side and it fell off the side of the lasagna. The lasagna noodles were not done. I don’t mean they were cooked al dente either. The pasta sauce that covered the three pastas tasted like a can of hunts tomato sauce. I tried to like it but it was the worst Italian food I’ve ever had. The frozen stuff you by at Walmart is better by a lot. Very disappointed in the meal. Now for the best part. While we were waiting for our meal to be prepared we ordered a pizza to go. I ordered one of their specialty pizzas and asked that it be cut in half and placed in two separate pizza boxes. What we got instead was a whole pizza shoved into three styrofoam takeout dishes. The slices were stacked on top of each other so what little cheese was on the pizza was stuck to the crust of the pizza on top of it. I’ve never been more disappointed in a dining experience. I will never return to this place. I’m only posting this as a heads up to others that might consider checking this place out. Don’t!

Our favorite pizza in town. Waits are never long and they are very nice. We love that their pizza is a thinner crust than most places. Way better than the local Dominos or Pizza Hut.

I frequently visit Leo’s, I love their pizza, especially their Alfredo, spinach, and mushroom. They have the best calamari served with excellent marinara. They have a very filling salad called the Leo’s salad, my favorite part is the artichoke hearts, and Leo’s house made dressing. You also can not go wrong with the pasta, what I have shown below is “the don” special, it’s basically everything you could want in a pasta… all in the same pasta… and you can’t skip out on the Cannolis, filled to the brim with delicious filling, I usually get it to go so I can have milk with it at home

Went here blindly on a whim. The interior can be described as “hole in the wall” but that’s the only less than perfect consideration. The food was pleasantly delicious. I could tell the veggies on my (huuuuge) Stromboli were fresh. The marinara was homemade and yummy. My wife loved her food too, and my son ate the other half of mine when I got home and said it was great! The owner served us and was super friendly. Definitely give it a shot. One bad review shouldn’t sway you.
