We had dinner with the family earlier this month at Leo’s Italian Social in Morrisville.
When we arrived, the staff welcomed us and seated us.
With a beautiful decor, and well-arranged seating, the interior is luxurious and is family friendly.

We ordered cauliflower bites, Spaghetti pesto, and Mediterranean pasta. The food took some time to arrive, but it wasn’t a huge concern because we had the company of a full bread with balsamic and olive oil.

Personally, we felt Mediterranean pasta could have been better.
But, overall the food was delicious, and staff was great.

I suggest you give them a try if you enjoy Italian food.

Honestly the experience here was a bit of a disappointment. I haven’t had Italian food in a long time and being from the northeast it’s also hard to come by good quality Italian food. I went here with my girlfriend the other week and aside from the aesthetics of the interior which is nice with the modern look, there wasn’t much to talk about this place. Starting off with the free bread that we got, the bread was significantly undercooked, I believe it probably could have been better had it been cooked more. For appetizers we got Zucchini Frites, which were fine, nothing to rave about, only plus side is you get a big portion of it. Also got the Cauliflower Bites, which were probably the best things I had in my entire meal, was quite nice. My girlfriend wasn’t a huge fan, but I think the sweet and spicy chili sauce was tangy and savory. As for my main meal, I got the Veal Milanese. First off the presentation of it is not aesthetically pleasing as they hide the protein under all the arugula. I’m a big fan of veal, so I was excited for it, but the bread crumbing was kind of bland, the salad was fresh, but just didn’t do it for me. My girlfriend got the salmon and even that was sort of bland. Lastly we ended up getting the Gooey Butter Cake. And it looked nice, but it also didn’t blow my mind. The other thing I wanted to point out, was the service. There was maybe 5 tables in the restaurant in total with max 4 people at one table and getting food took way longer than usual. The wait in between courses was 25-30 minutes. Our server only came by to take orders and drop food off. Didn’t ask how things were once and not that that bothers me personally, but it was just something I noticed. Sorry, but this just isn’t a place I would recommend or go back to in terms of Italian food.

Came for lunch- it wasn’t busy so the chef I believe his name was Ignacio came and asked me how the food was. I could tell food was his love and passion. This is my new favorite restaurant! Get the cauliflower, and especially Tiramisu!!

Julian, who appeared to be the manager, welcomed us with a warm smile and made us feel comfortable right away. Throughout our visit, he offered five-star hotel-level service that allowed us to fully enjoy not just the meal but the entire atmosphere.
We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary in a simple way, but thanks to Julian, it turned into a truly special experience. Thank you!

Mother’s Day celebration done right. The place has the perfect family friendly vibe with an upscale dining experience. Our server was the best. Forgot her name – but she is the sweetest. Food was excellent too. Highly recommend

Leo’s is an amazing restaurant from all staff, serves, host and Managers. Today my daughter and I came in for a Valentine’s Brunch as we were greated by the nicest host. Our server Amaria was so nice, friendly, sweet and attentive. Now I’ve been here many times with no issues and this time service was slower than normal which has never happened before and was not Amaria doing. When i looked around they were short staffed, servers as well as kitchen staff. The Manager Kat was working in every aspect of the restaurant to assist the staff and the guests as best she could. Food was really excellent even though it took longer then normal. Holidays can be very overwhelming in that industry, I am just appreciative to have had a great meal with great company and all the staff we pleasant to communicate with, I think others should try to see it from that side as well.

An Instant Favorite!

We were tired from traveling and decided to get delivery from Leo’s—and wow, it was incredible! Every bite felt like comfort and quality rolled into one. The pizzas were perfectly crisp with fresh toppings like arugula, mushrooms, chicken, and sun-dried tomatoes. The focaccia bread was soft and flavorful, and the oil dip added the perfect touch. And don’t even get me started on the cannoli… absolutely heavenly! Rich, creamy, and generously filled with white chocolate chips and a dusting of powdered sugar.

Even though we weren’t dining in, you could taste the care and passion in every item. Leo’s turned our tired evening into a truly satisfying experience. We’ll definitely be back—this place is a gem!

I forgot to get a picture, but I couldn’t get enough of the chicken piccata, especially the lemon sauce – I recommend squeezing more of the lemon slice onto the food to add even more lemon flavor to the sauce. The noodles were also very tasty – even as leftovers, they were fantastic ❤️. The pre-meal bread was tasty but slightly under cooked, imo. The cauliflower appetizer had Asian flavors which I enjoyed – it was reminiscent of sweet and sour sauce to me. The chocolate cake for dessert was average, not bad, didn’t blow me away, though.
It’s also bright and beautiful inside, the music was mellow, and the staff were professional. Great dining experience.

Went for Triangle Restaurant Week not realizing it was the hotel restaurant at first because of the name change. They also upgraded the decor and the food. It was a great value for a $15 lunch. You get a whole bun with olive oil & balsamic with grated cheese and a nice large Ceasar salad. I got the lasagna. While it was fine, the bolognase had the taste of chilli seasoning like it was from Cincinnati, not Bologna. The star was the very sweet, gooey cake. Strawberry shortcake on steroids! Sadly, there were very few people there. My waiter, Simon, was fantastic. He obviously has the skills of someone who works nights as well.
