The new carry out girl has the best service I have received at this store in a long time, management is doing something right with her! She was so sweet and she seemed genuinely happy to be taking my order and even recommended a couple things to me! Definitely will be back as long as she’s there !

I had to send cold hashbrowns, ice cold in the middle. Could barely see they had been on a grill. They were replaced with steaming hot. Tasted ok but would have been better a little golden brown. Our server was excellent from beginning to end.

My husband and I pass this place all the time, and I regret not going for the last 5 years of living here! We went on a busy weekday during our lunch break. There were a lot of families there, so I was worried that the food would take a while, but it arrived quickly; and they got our order correct! The portion was filling, and they didn’t skimp on the feta; but it’s the quality and freshness of the ingredients that stands out. The savory bites of gyro meat peppered throughout made me keep going for more bites. The hash brown was crispy. And the wheat toast… I’m not a huge toast fan, and it looked like your average toast; but there was something really special about the taste and couldn’t put my finger on it! I’m not sure if it was the butter they used or what but almost tasted like French toast. I can’t wait to come back and try their other menu items. They deserve more than 4 stars.

Wanted to call and place a order but was put on hold so I waited got in my car and started driving the destination. Spent 8 mins on the phone waiting to place my order. Only to get in and see everyone talking and giggling and not really doing any work while I’m still on the hold in front of their face with no line. I showed the woman that I was still on hold and she seen that I was still on hold on her end and apologized but that is unacceptable. Always great food always great service when I sit in but those people on the phone matter too.

We placed an order through their online system during business hours, paid in full, received a text that the food was being prepared, and a confirmation that it was ready for pickup.

After making the trek to pick it up, the restaurant was closed. We were told they “close at 3,” despite their own website listing hours until 8.

The employee told us we’d need to call the company to resolve it, but the order confirmation explicitly says to contact the store location? Can’t seem to get either on the phone? Literally nobody to contact to resolve this issue. They just took our money and left us to figure it out.

Who marked the order as ready? Why is the online ordering system active if no one is there to fulfill orders? If you close at 3, why are your hours wrong on your own website? Why would you allow your ordering system to take orders when you’re closed?

Taking payment and confirming pickup for an order that will never be fulfilled is completely unacceptable. This wasted our time and money.

My wife and I stopped in during the holiday season for a quick lunch date while shopping. The food was great and I give the chef my compliments! The service was sub-par, with us waiting an extended period for our food even though I counted 7 tables seated and 4 servers. Not sure if that’s on the chef or the server, but the food wasn’t exactly hot when we got it. The atmosphere is what you would expect from a diner. Overall o gave them a 4 because the food made up for the below average service.

Lastly, my wife was paying the bill and asked them for a veteran discount but was not given the discount because the cashier “don’t know how to work this register”. So yea, it is what it is. An average diner, nothing special!

Update. I gave them another chance. The breakfast was amazing!!!!! Lots of love went into making my breakfast this am. I shared a Leo’s skillet with my daughter. Just soooo good!!!

I order soup for breakfast. When it was delivered it was like they opened the can and poured it into my Togo container. I called and her response was well it is early. No apology 1st just it’s early. Then why are you selling the soup?? Just wow. I didn’t even bother to ask for a manager I just got off the phone. If it’s not right or ready why are you still selling it. Hard to get good customer service these days. FYI. I usually loveeeee the lemon chicken rice soup here has lots of flavor but I order here to much to be told this and I’ve gotten hot soup in the morning Just disappointing!!!!!

I placed an order for gyro meat and two eggs scrambled medium, country style. The eggs came out scrambled with sausage gravy on them. I didn’t know that that’s what country style meant at this restaurant. Usually it means cracking the eggs right into the pan and scrambling them, so that the white and the yellow are both visible. No biggie, I thought. I went to just get a refund, when I was informed that they don’t give refunds; they give credits toward future visits. So they assume you’re coming back after not getting what you asked for. The person telling me this was the general manager. Whoever thought that a GM wouldn’t have authority to give me back my money? She expected me to walk out without even having proof that this conversation even happened. I will never be back to this restaurant. I don’t do business with people who can’t stand by their goods or services, and then won’t give refunds when they fail.

We ordered $60 worth of dinner. Didn’t receive some of the food , some of the extra toppings , and what we did receive was wrong or look and tasted like it was old. I called and was placed on a 5 minute hold. I called back and a man went to place me on hold again and I asked not to be placed on hold again since I had already ordered, picked up food and waited. I also asked to speak with a manager. A young lady answer and asked if she could take my order, I explained what happened assuming I was speaking with a manager. Welp, I wasn’t. So the young lady gets the manager and at this point I just want a refund. Now I’ve been put off again and have to wait to speak with the owner tomorrow but it won’t be until after 1pm or 2 pm as he is supposedly the only one that can handle this. I have no problem paying for my food so this isn’t that kind of complaint. The first time this happened to us I didn’t make a comment assuming it was just a mistake. But to happen again, no I don’t want a redo just a refund and I’ll stay away.
