I went here with my grandmother, got a chicken pita and French toast (I know weird combo) tasted amazing and was delivered quick! We had james as our waiter, great memory, remembered our orders from a week ago and was very kind and efficient. Will be coming again and hopefully will get James again

The person who took great service with us today on Saturday early morning was Angel. He was very professional, polite, taking care of his customers well, and he was busy at all times. Some times he was taking care of two or three tables at one time. That’s what you call “great customers service “ and keeping the customers happy. That is what today word of the day is to “keep the customers happy “. By giving the customers great service where they tell others.

I doordashed food from here, i normally love coney island food. this food was absolutely gross, my fries were absolutely gross, and definitely a very small amount of fries for 5 dollars.. i ate one fry and the rest went in the trash because they we’re disgusting, the chicken delight wasnt bad but definitely wasnt good, the ranch tasted funky definitely wasted my money ordering food from here tonight and im very disappointed. Went in late, solo. Only person in the restaurant; others wee just leaving. I wanted to relax and eat before a ling trip. She said it’s carry out only because her server just left. Who was she? Someone else was cooking. Someone else was cleaning. I guess she was too busy at the cash register at 4am to serve one single person. Then as I was looking at the menu, she decided I could stay. Which is it? You are open or closer? You don’t want to be bothered to give customer service today, or you do? Sorry I don’t read you moods and I don’t go where I’m not welcome and won’t be back—even though I used to go 3 times a week.

CHAPTER ONE: Tasty. Buncha Greek ppl here and I don’t understand them. Well, anyway here’s some pics of stuff. I don’t understand Japanese either. Like the napkins. Tho a bit short. The melted cheese tastes like, uh, melted cheese. Sanatizer in your eye doesn’t feel good but it’s not their fault. It tastes good anyway. Recommend the safeguard brand. They taste better than most. The portrait on the wall is nice too. Check out the image attached. Greek people also taste good. I mean the food my bad. The cheese slips easy but who cares, right? Tastes good. Yum. So uh, what should I say next? The fact that the ketchup doesn’t go with melted cheese? Can someone reply telling me what the white stuff on the chicken bred thing is? So water refills are high quality. Fries are long.

CHAPTER THREE (back to normal review): so the coke was your average supermarket watered down cola. Parking space was fun but not enough beamers. Not their fault tho. Just humanity in generals fault. Stopped in at 11:00 pm on a Friday night. Ordered two coneys and fries.
The buns were cold and stiff as if they just came out of a refrigerator. The chilli was burnt as though it had been sitting on the stove all day. The fries were inedible. They were over cooked as though they had been cooked hours ago and then sat under a heat lamp for hours. Dried up, desicated, oil soaked tubes of cardboard.
The only good thing about the visit was the very friendly and apologetic waitress who was clearly embarrassed to be serving such horrible food.
Hungry, I ate the coneys but didn’t eat the fries. She took the fries off the bill.

This place has many issues. When coming here one week ago I sat down and waited for a server for several minutes when the place was pretty much empty. One waitress kept looking at me and yelling, “someone come take her order” very uncomfortable. Tonight I made the mistake of door-dashing from this location. I clearly asked for ranch and marinara sauce that normally comes with mozzarella sticks. Instead I got no sauce at all. No napkins no silverware. I can only assume my order was carelessly packed by someone who couldn’t even read the order. Very disappointed by the carelessness of the employees packing my 40$ order. I can only hope the manager cares enough about this location to care about the mistreatment of guests.

Wow this place has gone downhill fast. Just a year ago I’d give it 5 stars, but the new staff is very slow with no communication skills. I used to walk in for my DD and it would be ready, now I’m sitting waiting 20 minutes with no communication. Management needs to get these new workers properly trained because they don’t know what they are doing.

We ordered a crispy chicken salad and the Italian wrap as a carry out and to my surprise I got a bonus addition to my sandwich, a long strand of hair. Definitely not what I was looking for. Probably one of the most disgusting things I’ve found in my food from a Coney Island. My GFs salad was good and the bowl of lemon rice soup was tasty, just be careful when ordering a sandwich or maybe learn from my mistake and check your food before leaving the restaurant…
