It’s hard to find a good salad these days or Leo’s. Never had carrots and shredded cabbage in a Greek. I miss the days when there was a good amount of cheese , and just looked appetizing instead of slopping something together with whatever they find in the kitchen that may pass. Stopped for lunch. Our waitress was great, smiling, friendly and courteous. She offered a substitute vegetable when it’s not really allowed. She didn’t want me to have a meal without a vegetable. How sweet. My meatloaf was very hearty, needed seasoning! Mash potatoes and gravy was good. Potatoes tasted real whipped. I will definitely be back if in this area again

Updated review – TL:DR – yikes. Went from 5 stars to 3
Are they under new management? The last few times we’ve DD’d, the quality has gone downhill.
We’ve had spilled soup, leaking Buffalo sauce, and today the Cobb Salad had tough chicken, over cooked eggs, and last but certainly not least, a piece of parchment/paper/??? mixed in with the lettuce. Oh and the avocados were brown.
We also got four pieces of toast that were not ordered. I’m not complaining because I love toast, but it is evident that their quality control is lacking.
I’m leaving 3 stars because the good experiences have outweighed the bad, but I’m not sure we will DD again anytime soon.

This Leo’s Coney Island has been a staple of ours for quite a while. Always tasty food, reasonably clean, quick and personalized service, friendly servers. Our server on this visit, Jill, was courteous and was sure to always address us by name – a minor but kind touch.
