I came here to pick up a carryout for an Uber. Went into the restroom and there was a female and male employee cleaning in there. Being a female patron, this is unprofessional. I don’t want a male in the women’s restroom. Second of all, I had to pick up the customer’s food and two large drinks. I asked for a drink holder and they replied they didn’t have any but instead out them in a paper bag. The drinks leaked all over in my vehicle. I should send them the vehicle cleaning bill. I would never recommend this place. Looking at prior reviews, I can see why.

I usually enjoy going to Leo’s. My wife and kids are always avid customers. We always tip well to ensure the employees are taken care of. However, this evening, while going thru the drive thru, I had quite a negative experience with the female employee taking the orders in the drive thru. I noticed the prices are wrong on their menu and asked if a manager could comp the difference. This employee proceeded to give me rude and quite sassy responses. I remained calm and professional throughout. She proceeded to ignore me. Eventually after me asking her if she was still there, she quite rudely responded back. I calmly said I would like her to treat me with respect, as she should have been. She then ignored me for several minutes more. Meanwhile the line behind me is growing. Then, A female waitress came out and said the manager, Nicola, was refusing service to me and would like me to leave the property. I asked her why that was and she did not give me an answer. Firstly, restaurants do not have the right to refuse service for any reason. They can refuse if a customer is rude, which I wasn’t. I calmly asked the rude employee to treat me more professionally and appropriately. So, to that end I will be contacting my attorney to begin explore all legal options. Us customers have rights. This place apparently doesn’t care about their guests. They would rather let their employees mistreat their regulars. Thats fine, they have free will. Those choices have consequences.

I’m having a bad day. Visibly upset.
My husband and I ordered our food from our waiter of very few words. Drinks came very quickly. I ordered hot tea. Which was very hot and that was fantastic! No saucer was given to me for my spoon but whatever. We both ordered a breakfast, eggs medium, bacon, hash browns. I got rye and my husband got wheat.
The food was brought to us and the waiter quickly left. I looked at the food and the eggs were brown indicating over hard not medium. I was given wheat toast so I waited for my waiter to come back but he never did so I got up and asked another waitress to have my waiter get me some rye toast.
While waiting I tried my food and the bacon was delicious and cooked perfectly. The eggs were severely overcooked. The hash browns tasted burnt and like grease.
The waiter finally came with my toast, set it down and as he was walking away said, “you’re welcome “ then glared at my husband.
I told staff what happened and that we would not be paying and we left.
don’t eat here.

We recently moved to the area and decided to try this coney. Very disappointed in the location specifically the “waitress”. My wife order fish and chips and asked the waitress what can I replace the fries with she said baked potato waffle fries Curley fries. Which was not a problem. Most place I have eaten bring the parapet with butter and or sour cream. Not this place it was a dry Potatoe. Below is a picture of what it looks like. Doesn’t it look appetizing? My wife sent her whole meal back as the fish didn’t taste very good either. I had eaten less than half of my food and asked for our bill. The waitress said we took your food off and set the bill on the table and abruptly left as I tried to ask for a box. I called back to talk with a manager and they said there was no manager on duty. This is during dinner rush. DONT HERE TO EAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lunchtime on a Sunday, they were very busy as expected, but I was not in a rush. The waitress was very nice and my coffee was refilled regularly. The portion size to price is fair. I’m glad to have a Coney Island closer to home now. They use 401 spray cleaner to sanitize the booths and tables, which is strongly scented. I didn’t enjoy the fragrance with my dining experience. I couldn’t smell the food at the table until we had it in to go containers for leftovers and got up to leave.
I would recommend eating here.

Really weird I normally love this place. But after checking my receipt when I got home, I was charged 4.99 per soup I ordered, and I ate inside. While on the menu it clearly says it’s 3.69 a bowl. This is before tax for both prices. Which is odd make sure you double check when coming here. Then when served chilli with no beans we didn’t even receive an I’m sorry, just annoyance by us having the wrong thing brought to us. Which we ordered chili with beans. Very off and odd experience today here. Disappointing, I don’t think I’ll be coming back I knew that something was off.

Great atmosphere; love the large windows for natural lighting, good balance between modern yet classic decor, and the TVs are a nice plus.
Friendly staff; quite speedy.
Food tasted great.
Price was as expected – nothing to race about, but not robbery either.
I’ve seemed to notice that it’s packed for breakfast and lunch, but less so for dinner and certainly even less as you get closer to closing time.

Ordered a grilled chicken pita, I guess I wasn’t expecting much and Leo’s didn’t disappoint. The chicken was dry and the pita was so hard you couldn’t eat it. Told the waitress that I was dissatisfied with the food and wanted it removed from the bill, after all I didn’t eat it. She apologized and left the bill on the table. Made the same request of the cashier she said “sorry I’d do it if I could but there’s no one here to approve it”. Customer satisfaction isn’t on the management or the staff’s radar. Chesterfield isn’t so big that I will knowingly support a sub par eatery. I can honestly say I wouldn’t miss this establishment.

Ordered breakfast and eggs weren’t as I ordered. But I’m use to that when I go out. But the hash browns were really cold. Not mildly but cold. So I asked her to just throw them in the microwave for me. She kindly took it. But when she came back I was done with most of it. Except the snot part that I didn’t want. So it was just a waste of 20.00 and now my body’s confused and hungry. Stick to cereals. Always good.
