Took my kids tonight for kids night and could not ask for a better time! Kids meals were 1/2 off and there was a clown doing face painting and balloon animals. Also, the food was fresh and tasted good. Our waitress was very attentive and courteous. We will definitely go again soon.

I did not eat here as a customer, but picked up deliveries as a doordash driver. Whoever the woman was shorter blonde(either manager or owner) was very rude. I understand that alot of businesses get frustrated when having to do Doodash and Uber especially during lunch time but that is no excuse for a nasty- i don’t give a darn attitude! Based on interactions with me alone and also viewing some interactions with other people of color I would definitely not spend my money here.

This is my normal Coney Island, me and my fiancé come once a week. We have decided to find a new Coney Island. It took one awful experience for us to never want to go back. Yesterday we went in before it got super busy in the morning for breakfast. There was only 2 servers, one was new and that happened to be our server. It took slightly longer to get our order that was fine. Once the food got to the table she left without bringing out toast which wasn’t such a big deal but she didn’t come back until she had the toast, we hadn’t started eating yet bc my finances order was wrong. The whole order not just the fact that it had green peppers in it and that didn’t come in what he ordered at all. It wasn’t the monkey he ordered. So when she came back with the toast she had to take his order back. We were seated close to the kitchen so we heard her complaining about us! Food is expensive, we paid 40 dollars for 2 omelette at a Coney Island. When she came back with his order we asked for boxes we didn’t want to be there anymore. We paid and left. We are eating our yesterday order today this morning and mine is full of meat. I am allergic to read meat and poultry . So now I’m pissed enough to write a bad review. Bc if I knew I wouldn’t be able to eat my meal altogether to I would have just gotten up from the table when my finances meal was visibly ruined. It feels likes I was almost poisoned.

This location looks new or remodeled on the outside, but the inside could use a little updating. The service was okay, and the prices aren’t too bad. However, the food isn’t that good here. I been to a Leo’s before but this one was different. I believe I had a beef gyro because of how it looked, but it didn’t taste fresh. From the paper found in it when I took a bite, I can tell it may have been frozen. The cheese in my chili cheese fries tasted a little different as well. The person I was with had a chicken salad that was pretty big for the price, but nothing really set it apart from anywhere else.

I love the biscuits and gravy, fish and chips, grilled chicken wrap is SO good when cooked well on the grill (extra American cheese PLEASE), chicken kebob is delicious (chicken well marinated), the soups are delicious and hearty, grilled chicken salad is YUMMY , cinnamon swirl French toast (oh my), the chili is DELICIOUS, with a side of nacho cheese? YES. Come see me at the carryout Thursday through Sunday.

I had the worst experience ever, from service to how the the situation was handled. I had a piece of hair in my food when I returned the order after eating most of it I asked for a manager , the girl at the front counter told me that she was the manager I knew that was a lie so I asked for another manager. The manager came up and told me that it was my hair, my hair is curly and dark brown this hair was light brown and straight, the back was nasty and the manager was very rude. I let her know that I was going to call corporate, she said “ you can call them nothing is going to happen” she then stated that they were franchise. All I really wanted was an apology but instead I got disrespect. I will never patronize Leo’s again. It don’t even deserve 1 star. Location Hall road near heydenreich

I dont think we will be back. First I had a hair in my omlette, i didnt make a big scene about it and she didn’t even take it off the bill, and they wouldn’t honor my 10% off even after that. Not good service in my eyes. Pretty disappointed

Pretty consistent and a good restaurant just not my favorite Leo’s. Food came promptly for a Sunday. Staff was friendly and kind to my children. Food was not bad just a tad bland.

Ordered two burgers and fries online for lunch. Had to wait upwards of 20 minutes after my pickup time to get my food. What’s the point of ordering food for 11:30 if you gotta wait until 12. Wasted my whole lunch break! One of the burgers was missing all toppings when I asked for specific ones. Used to love this Leo’s. Seem like the new owners are letting it go bad.
