Pretty good seafood with an excellent view. Friendly service. Dog friendly with water bowls. Perfect place for casual meal on the water for $40 for 2 people. I recommend giving it a try.

Great views and yummy food. We don’t eat fried foods too often, but wanted a little snack after driving down Bayshore Boulevard. Onion rings had some herbs in the batter that was great. Shrimp po boy was also a hit.

Great views. I am sure pricey due to views. Did enjoy lobster roll but portion kind of small. It was cooked right not tough at all. Wish it was a bit bigger roll full.

Finally made it to try this spot. The pictures looked great and it’s all 100% lobster meat and it was a generous portion for the roll. I had to take the lettuce off it was sour and on the first bite almost ruined it.
The lobster bisque was delicious I did not find any big chunks of lobster in it just small ones. The lobster sandwich was very tasty too. Also the fries are great!
My only disappointment was the way I was greeted, we were in line and the cashier basically said look at the menu and come back in line when you are ready, the way he said it, the tone and with no smile and an off vibe, could have been different.
There’s no bathrooms in this place just the public ones next to the restaurant.

Fantastic service on a Thursday morning. Lobster roll portion was excellent. So tasty! Nice size shrimp and amount for the basket.

I had a grouper sandwich and it wasn’t overcooked. Fries were zesty. I wish the grouper sandwich had dill pickles instead of sweet pickles. The coleslaw kind of made the bread for the po-boy soggy. Other than that it was good. Great view outside and eco friendly utensils.

Took the family to ballets point park and stumbled across Leon’s. I debated on purchasing some lobster rolls due to just eating. I was glad I decided to make room to get some rolls. They didn’t disappoint one bit. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself while you let the kids have some fun at the park.

Wonderful spot, great food and service. The food here is amazing. I can’t believe I haven’t tried this sooner. The Lobster rolls are a hefty service and they taste great. They have a great view of the bay, highly recommend dining outside during sublet!

Let me say the atmosphere is amazing! You’re basically looking out into the bay seeing Tampa downtown from afar. They have inside and outside eating. The place is not called Taste of Boston anymore it’s actually called Leon’s Lobsteh Shack. The food I would actually give a 4.5 rating. We got the fried shrimp and fish baskets. Honestly they look over breaded but they’re not, the shrimp and fish is actually taking up the space. They did leave it in a little too long so that’s why I’m not giving it a 5 but it was still delicious! French fries are seasoned fries and we’re done perfectly. The clam chowder is definitely going to be a repeat next time we come back! The dipping sauce is no joke! Yums! Let me end it by saying the service was amazing. They were very nice and quick. But you can tell the food is freshly done when you order.

Awesome little place for some amazing lobster rolls. We got both the hot and cold ones. I think we enjoyed the hot ones better. Beautiful scenery as well. The drive into the restaurant was awesome too with all the beautiful houses. It’s not cheap but it’s worth it.
