I spent all day trying to find a restaurant that sell chicken francais here in Niagara Falls,NY After working in an Italian restaurant for 17 years As a general manager, I’ve been craving this meal. When I googled it, this restaurant came up so I called and had my order delivered. It was so disappointing. I don’t know what this was that they gave me, but it definitely wasn’t chicken français. Chicken française is a meal where the chicken is lightly fried with egg batter and has lemon Buttersauce what I got was chicken breast with ham on top of it spinach and ricotta cheese and I don’t know what type of sauce, but it wasn’t lemon butter. It’s oil. The good thing that I got out of a meal was my salad. The balsamic vinegar is an amazing dressing that they have. I also ordered deep fried mushrooms, which were also very good. I was also very disappointed with the garlic bread that I ordered because for some reason, it has cheese on it while I would order the mushrooms from this place again and the salad absolutely I will never ever order this meal again. It was so disappointing. I didn’t even get to eat it. After not hearing back from the restaurant, I called the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager. A man named Nick got on the phone with me and explained that they had taken chicken francais off their menu and that what was delivered to me was actually a chicken Florentine so to make it right he offered to replace my dinner and I accepted. He suggested I try their chicken Alfredo with chicken cutlet because I’m looking for an authentic Italian dinner. I had it delivered days later and it is amazing again. The salad is amazing. The chicken Alfredo with chicken cutlet is so amazing and I got the garlic bread without the cheese on it and it was exactly what I was looking for I will come back to this restaurant for sure and you should give it a try..

Just ordered online, Pizza and Wings with mild sauce on side payed $50.
Wings fried way to crispy with no seasoning on them and the sauce was missing. Had to make my own sauce.
The food was cold as well.
Very disappointed. Nobody has $50 to waste!

Pizza pies with thick, chewy crusts that can hold ALL your toppings without collapsing and taste delicious with a good balance of seasonings. You do have to pay extra for a thicker crust, but it is worth the cost!!! The pizza boxes have waxed liners so you don’t get that nasty cardboard taste. Staff are very fast and yet still (somehow) friendly. Prices are fair and the food is filling and generous. Lunchtime is crazy busy.

Very unhappy. I order here weekly. I have had an issue the past two weeks without saying anything. Today. I ordered two subs. They were made opposite. Toos where switched. I called and since “the cook said he made them correctly” they would replace but i had to drive 15 mins back to the location to replace. I have the picturce of my incorrect food. Would love to share. Cannot on this complaint. When i called back to say i didnt wanna drive back to correct their mistake. It was “ok i thought so. ” i would have liked to able to came get another day. I am tried and worked all day. Also. ALLERGIC to mushrooms. So i cannot eat the sandwich. I Didnt want a free sandwich. I wanted a correction. I have pictures. They mixed my two sandwiches up. Sorry they have the issue reading. Would love to provide pictures and get my 33$ worth of incorrect food replaced.

I Doordash here sometimes and rarely get a slice to go. Today I got a slice of (1/2&1/2) their Duo!! 1 side of the square Sicilian (thick crust) slice while the other was Chicken Bacon Ranch!! Thrown in the pizza oven for 2 minutes to warm it up and I was rolling down the street with my Doordash delivery! Broccoli and Cheese is my favorite pizza!

A hidden gem! Lovely staff (Faith & Adrian) were absolutely delightful! Food was GREAT! The Cheesy bread fingers were absolutely DIVINE! The washrooms were so clean and super comfortable with a changing table which is a plus in my books as a mama to an infant.

My husband and I wanted to go for pizza and wings and stumbled across this beauty of a place. The server was super friendly and attentive and the food was amazing. The bistro side was closed down after Covid (as our server explained) so only the small pizza side is available for dining which we loved the cozy vibe of. The best thin crust pizza and some delish jumbo chicken wings.
One thing to note is the online menu is outdated and the prices were higher than what was shown.
Overall great experience and we will be back!

I ordered off doordash and I get the stuffed shells and they are beyond tasty! SOOO GOOD! And they actually have real homemade meatballs and sauce…it’s So good I had to leave them a review

Still one of the best places in WNY. Every time It’s just the way I placed my order. They do listen to the customer. I tend to like my take out on the drier side. Too much sauce can ruin good take out. It’s a great restaurant for a DIY Person. It’s next to the best hardware store in Niagara county.
