This place has delicious food. This was the first time we had eaten here. The staff was very nice and explained all about their sandwiches, sides and options for each. They have a great selection of sandwiches, and we enjoyed what we ordered. I had the 3 Mary’s sandwich, and it was delicious. The fries were different from any I’ve ever had, and they were delicious. They have a lot of different sauces that you can try with your sandwiches. You can get the different sauces on the side to make sure that you like them instead of just putting them on your sandwich, so you like the way they taste. . They were so helpful with us making sure we got what we wanted and made sure it was good and that we were satisfied with our order. They made sure everyone that came in understood their menu options and what would be on their sanwiches. We will definitely be eating there again. They are having a smash burger day soon, so cone by and get one so they will add it to their menu. I would recommend them to everyone in the area.

10/10 have and will continue to recommend!!! This South Louisiana native LOVES the menu with all the nods to my home state, the welcoming vibe, and, of course, the taste! I had “The Carnivale” which I believe goes under a new name now, but the heart of it was the braised pork that was out-of-this-world YUM! The fries were so unique and tasty and you can even get them loaded with any sandwich! Can’t wait to make another trip anywhere remotely close to Middle-Tennessee to try some more!

This place is FANTASTIC! New Orleans style deli with an amazing and inspiring story, what’s not the like! The owners are so friendly and the food is amazing! Best fries in Tennessee, for real. Sandwiches are out of this world. We will be making this our weekend staple

Lots of great options on the menu. Both our subs were delicious and fresh, you can tell they use quality ingredients. The French fries and special sauce were to die for!

The fries were great. I like places that serve interesting take on a fried potato. The sub I got (city park) was good, but I am excited to try a different one. Bread was really good!

Got the loaded three Mary’s with beef instead of pork and it was delicious. The serving size would be enough for two folks but I powered through and finished by myself because I’m not a quitter. Great place, check it out

I had the triple Hail Mary. The roll was really good. Toasted and with just the right amount of chew. Everything about the sandwich was great. My husband had the Orleans. He said it was amazing. “Who knew meatloaf could taste so good!” We got fries. The fries are a generous portion and come with a wonderful dipping sauce. Honestly some of the best fries I have ever had.

Our entire experience was positive, from the employee service to the food freshness, flavors, and portion sizes. I had the City Park sandwich and will definitely order it again! The fries are also fabulous (think rough-sliced potatoes with the skins on and fried just enough). The font of the sign honestly looks like it says “Lean’s,” so if you see a green sign that says Lean’s, you are there. Enjoy!

Really good food, but half the menu was taped off. I came in at 1:30. I might understand if this happens daily maybe – and they sort of run out of food? (Still, that shouldn’t happen.) But that wasn’t explained to me. I asked for pastrami, but they said they no longer make that. Then they told me they had no tomatoes. All of this seems strange for a deli. The food was great, though. They were also out of Coke and Diet Coke. I might come back if they straighten out their menu? I really wanted to like this place, but that was weird.

The politeness of the staff only compliments the fact that this is the BEST sandwich shop in Mt Juliet and the surrounding area by a mile.
1. The Bywater – the balance of meat, onions, and sauce – is brilliant. Instant classic sandwich and my favorite.
2. The Fries – Whoever is making the fries in the back deserves a raise because these are dangerously delicious.
Treat yourself and a friend to this delicious place, and I guarantee you’ll never look at other sandwich places the same. Respectfully, Lebanon Local
