Unfortunately, I stopped coming here due to the consistently negative interactions with the store associate, Danny. Every time I interacted with him—or observed him interacting with others—he was rude, condescending, and unnecessarily combative. While I understand everyone can have an off day, this went far beyond that. Over the course of more than a dozen visits in six months, his behavior was consistently the same. Customer service requires patience, professionalism, and courtesy, none of which he displayed. In my opinion, he is not suited for a customer-facing role unless he makes a significant effort to improve his attitude and approach.

I come here all the time because the pizza is good and the price is even better. I paid for extra pepperoni and didn’t get it and the girl who made it left almost half the pizza without topping making the crust the biggest I ever seen. I’ll be back but if I see her I definitely will go to Costco

Absurd wait, the customer service is absolutely ridiculous. The ph# that is in place for the actual Pizza place never has an actual person or a simple automated system pick-up up the line, and to make things worse when trying to call the direct Winco phone line the employees in charge to pick up the line have zero customer service skills, nor they know how to direct a phone call. Made my experience extremely frustrating and awful.
