We are a Meat Market and Deli! We sell PREMIUM ANGUS BEEF raised on our family’s ranches. Our Beef is grass fed, grain finished, aged for 21 days and USDA graded Choice or Prime. Our Deli is open for lunch Wednesday-Friday 11-2. Our store is open Tuesday-Friday 9am-5:30pm and Saturday 9am-2pm. We just opened our Online Store and can ship select cuts anywhere in the USA! Made a special 4 hour trip from Galveston to buy a quarter cow…. And holy cow… This must be my first time ever eating REAL, unaltered, authentic grass fed beef. I’ve only had the ground beef so far, but let me tell you something Linda… this is the best meat I’ve ever had hands down. You MUST get your rear end down to Leon River Premium Beef and get yourself some of the best beef in the whole nation. THANK ME LATER.

Love this place! Beautiful inside and out. The employees were very friendly and Uber helpful.
They have a deli area and a dining room along with being a meat market in Gatesville. (Coming back tomorrow when I have more time to shop & to get a mouthwatering deli sandwich.)
Along with meats, they also offer fresh pecans, awesome candies, infused salts, vinegars, and even infused olive oils on tap! Coffee, Dublin sodas, milk in the glass jars (even a banana cream flavor along with strawberry, chocolate etc.), a large variety of hot sauces, packet mixes (enchilada soup, ranch dips, cheeseball etc) yummy looking ice cream by the pint and a pre-made casserole freezer next to their meat freezer and don’t forget the jerky! I’m sure I’m still missing ALOT of awesome products.
And dont forget to check out their recipe wall that compliments all their unique seasonings, oils, vinegars, etc!

This is a super good meat market and deli, deli is Wednesday through Friday 10-2, but the normal hours apply to the meat market. They have amazing sandwiches at the deli. At the meat market, they have super good prepared meals you can just throw in the oven, they have so many cuts of steak it’s crazy, and they have lots of smoked sausage, jerky, and beef sticks which are super good. The beef is really high quality and the people are friendly, you get what you pay for here, absolutely love and can recommend.

Seriously!!! I met the owner and she was incredibly nice. The meat is from their ranch and it is very good! The pricing was fair as well. What really caught my attention was the massive selection of infused barrel aged balsamic vinegars!!! I was shocked and believe me you, it was difficult making a decision on what one’s I wanted. Happy customer, I will be back!

Went for the first time the other day and the lady was so nice and helpful. We tried their milk and it was so good that we went back today. This time it was another person, a male veteran. He was very helpful and sweet. We got a two pork butt pack for a really good price. Their Dublin soda is so amazing and we got more milk of course as well as some oils and vinegar to try. We also got some icecream! Definitely recommend coming here. Amazing atmosphere, people and food.

I didn’t buy beef but I tasted the vinegars. Amazing!! The employee’s we’re so nice and I just had a great time. Left with a bottle of olive oil and two bottles of vinegars! Went right to HEB to get stuff for salads! I will be back!
