Save your money! this place has the food now. I have so many different complaints. One time I got soggy undercooked fries. Another time I got a sub and it was so hard and dry it was hard to chew. The latest was when we called early enough for a sheet barbecue chicken pizza to be delivered to work at a 12:30 timeframe. We had to call to ask what happened and they had so many excuses then when it finally arrived after 1:30 we got 3 large pizzas and one of them had pizza sauce. Whoever wants pizza sauce on their barbecue chicken pizza has unusual tastes buds. Their lack of concern care and respect for their product and customers is sad. Order elsewhere you’re not guaranteed good service or food. 3 strikes and you’re on the boycot list.

sorry for the negative review, but things have to be said in order for them to get fixed. Good luck in the future.It’s a shame that businesses in this area want our community to help out and make sure that we help out all the small businesses in this Leominster community but at the end of the day getting cold pizza and waiting for an hour for a large pizza it’s not Customer Service and if you don’t have the right help in order to get the food warm enough to the customer also at least have your driver have change to make change for her tip You guys need help find it before u lose more customers Sorry for the negative review, but things have to be said in order for them to get fixed. This place has gone downhill over time. The salads used to be so full of a variety of items. I went tonight and ordered a Chicken Parmigian dinner and a salad with extra grilled chicken. Total was 32.54. The dinner was full and well made while the salad had 1 cherry tomato, 1 strip of cucumber, a pile of shaved carrots, 1 hot pepper and 2 olives yet cost more than the chicken dinner.

A little bit more expensive $5-6 more than other pizza places in the area. Food was made quickly and pickup was easy. Crust was a little lackluster and not a ton of bacon on the pizza. Not a bad option overall here in Leominster, but there are better ones around.

First timer here.
Ordered a steak and cheese grinder online. Prices are reasonable. I really liked the online ordering app. I love extra mayo and the ordering app let’s you specify just how much extra! Ha. The app even let’s you clarify how toasted you want your grinder. I thought it was cool.
Sandwich made exactly as ordered. The salads in the cooler looked yummy. I’ll try one next time.

I started having a vomit taste in my mouth, their has been 3 complaints I seen of people getting sick from their food. Just tried a large Hamburger, union and extra cheese, it’s a Friday around 6 PM, I get the pizza it’s not even fully cut, like their is 4 chicks their and no one knows how to cut a pizza, it was a mess and I wanted to show people what it looked like.

After over 10 years going to Leominster house I’m honestly now disappointed and will not be going there anymore. Seems like the new staff made some changes and losing customers is the result. Went in there recently and I don’t know if she’s a manager or not but she was rude to her own staff making a young girl cry in front of customers. It was unprofessional and uncalled for. That’s not how you handle someone who made a simple mistake. You teach them, you don’t berate them in front of people. The food quality even has gone down. We have ordered the same subs for years and now they barely put any meat on it. We also waited 45 minutes for 2 subs (Italian and a roast beef) that unfortunately was not great at all. Previous staff consisted of a couple who were always friendly, kind and always made great subs. Myself and a few other friends (who also witnessed the berating) will no longer go here. Its unfortunate and disappointing.

+chicken $3.00
When asked the man (assuming it’s the owner) he was a complete jerk and would listen to what’s happened in just the last 3 orders and how is menu did math to the check. Put the check down in front of me and indicated where to sign.
I get this salad at least 6 times a month and every time I order food for a luncheon I go to this restaurant. No more.
I will pass this on to the rest of my team here at EasyPak.

I just stumbled upon this place while I was in the area, and I’m so happy I did. I got a meatball sub toasted to go and what impressed me was how carefully it was packed and it has just the right amount of sauce for it kit to make a huge mess in my car. Sub was delicious, the restaurant was clean and the ladies out front were really nice. 10/10
