I just discovered lennys a few months ago and at this location a man and his wife or fiance managed it really well. Super friendly and helpful. But NOW its so different. The lady just watched me wait for her as her phone was going off and she was walking back and forth talking with the other staff. When I finally tried to order she was rude then too with me. Never coming back here. Nobody tried to help until I asserted myself. Also I was the only customer here. 15 minutes for a sandwich is wild.

Came in Oct. 25 for their anniversary deal and ordered a Philly Cheesesteak combo with Jalapeño chips and a large lemonade. The Philly Cheesesteak was better than I expected it would be. Enjoyed the Sandwich and the lemonade. Had tried ordering ahead but apparently within an hour of closing it does not allow you to mobile order so I had come in and order. There were just a couple of people dining inside.

This place is always a ghost town..you would THINK they do better promotions! So I went in there for the Mother’s day special and was told I’d have to pay for TWO sandwiches! The FB promo clearly shows a sub, cookie and a drink! The cashier says ‘what they meant was’. Huh?? NO..that’s NOT what was displayed OR stated in the promo! I left with them having only 1 customer, like they’re used to. Smh!

Lennys Grill and subs is competing in a crowded field with what seems like a dwindling market. However there are times when you just need a complete meal in the palm of your hand. And that’s where these various sandwich shops can be a good alternative. Lennys compete well in this field. They have a broad sandwich menu including a fairly decent cheesesteak. Unfortunately you can’t point and choose to your specific fixings to go with your sandwich like some of the others. The customer has to essentially identify on the board what they want and they’ll fix it and bring
it to you. Not sure if this is a Covid issue or not but that was a little disappointing. Also they don’t toast their sandwiches they offer – they offered to microwave it but toasting vs. microwave is a world apart. On the plus side the sandwiches were meaty, the fixings were fresh and the bread was soft. Now you can only choose between wheat and white bread but the white bread I ordered was a very nice complement to the sandwich. Also in this day and age, the fact that that there was significant sit down room so that everyone can spread out was also a big plus for Lenny’s . They do have some outdoor seating although it seems to be fairly limited. I do know if you are on the go and you need a quick meal, Lenny’s is a good choice particularly if you want to sit down and enjoy it.

Philly Cheesesteak was excellent! And the oatmeal cookie is the perfect desert! We’ve tried other locations but this one is closest to Spring and is definitely the best!

Ordered food for delivery at 1:35. An hour later i contact the delivery provider who states the restaurant still hasn’t made the food. Attempted to call several times and no one answered. Support also had no luck contacting restaurant. After an hour waiting the order had to be cancelled.

Haven’t been here in years! Stopped in and it’s been remodeled! Very clean and still the same amazing chicken salad sandwich! The cookies are amazing too! Definitely have to come back more often!

My chicken Philly salad was mostly chicken. I probably a 20 pieces of mixed greens in the whole bowl and the grilled chicken was giving some kind of shredded I’m not sure what. I usually enjoy Lenny’s but this was not my best experience
