Never had a bad experience at Lenny’s. Always nice employees and yummy food. Their Philly Cheesesteak is the best, but I opted for Ham and Provolone today and it was just as good. One of my favorite sub shops ever.

Friday 11/21 7pm, Walton Store: We have not been to Lenny’s before tonight – the server was rude and clearly did not want to be there. I ordered a Hot Italian Sub without onions and peppers. And asked her to add spicy mustard. The sub was terrible – covered with onions, peppers and no mustard. Additionally the deli meat was gross and the sub was so wet…. Do yourself a favor and go next door to McAlester’s!

We don’t come here often but when we do it’s always the same guy working the front. I didn’t get his name but he’s always professional, kind and courteous! The food is also fantastic and THEY HAVE OLIVES! Thank you for having olives!

No good PCS sandwich; as soon as I took a bite I immediately knew I did not like it. The bread did not taste fresh and the bread was cold. I had to peel off the bread, so I could eat the meat. The meat was okay, but I’ve had much better. Overall, my disappointment is that my friend loves this place! Dont get me wrong, the place is nice and the staff was polite but the potato chips taste like pringles, which is fine but not what I wanted or expected. I cannot believe this place has a 4.6 rating. Regrettably, I will NOT be going back.

Ate There for the 1st time to just try it out and the overall experience was mid at best. the sandwich was not made how I had asked but I took it anyways. The sandwich it’s self was nothing fancy and In my opinion very low quality. I would even go as far to say that you can get a much better bargain from your local Deli’s pre-made selection. The bread was very dry like it had been sitting for a hot minute, the presentation was very lack luster not to mention when you are waiting for 15+ minutes you expect some type of WOW factor but instead what you end up with is Microwaved slop, not even toasted. Just slop. The customer service made me feel like this is a one and done, I am glad that I tried it for the experience of new places to eat In Bentonville but Lenny’s is nothing to brag about.

The staff is amazing! They are always super polite and accommodating. The subs are fantastic, always fresh and delicious! I would go here over all other sub places in town. 10/10 would reccomend!
