Always tasty! Plus the crew never lets me down. Service is quick, ordering is easy, vibes are immaculate, and as a sub shop goes, you really couldn’t ask for more. This time I got the Deluxe Club on Cheddar Bread. Highly recommended. Definitely try the cookies before you go.

OMG. I’ve eaten some very good Philly cheese steak sandwiches (Philadelphia good) and this was one of the best. Finally found a great Philly cheese steak in KC. Bread was fantastic, was filled to the brim with steak, bell peppers, mushrooms and onion and oh the cheese was melted perfectly. My compliments to the chef!!!!

Used to be good but I think they changed ownership. And now they weigh your food. The last couple of times I’ve had this place it was beyond disappointing. We had hard bread once and now there barely any meats on the subs. My husband usually gets Philly cheese steak subs and it was nothing but onions with a handful of pieces of steaks. There were two times we told the staff about the food not being good and they were rude about it, they said its the way it is. I didnt know subs were made with hard bread. Its not worth the money or the headache to deal with the staff here

I came in for a Philly cheesesteak. I saw the special hot Korean cheesesteak. I had to try it. It is a cross between a bahn mi and Philly cheesesteak. It was so good. Really juicy and flavorful. I also got the Mac and cheese. It was just as good. I tried the strawberry lemonade and loved it. Great place. I will have to come back for more.

Came in last Friday to order a few subs and Philly cheesesteaks for my family. I was excited to try this place for the first time and even had a buy one, get one free coupon to use. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.
The cashier seemed confused about how to apply the coupon and instead of taking the time to understand or ask for help, she argued with me, insisting she couldn’t ring up a third sub. I explained several times that I was purchasing a cold sub in addition to using the coupon for one Philly and getting the second one free. The whole interaction felt uncomfortable and unnecessary.
For a first-time customer, I expected a friendlier and more professional experience—especially since I came in ready to spend and potentially become a regular. The food may be good, but poor customer service leaves a lasting impression. Please train your staff better and focus on improving communication and customer care.

Don’t go here, the last couple times Ive came the food is poorly made. This last time I ordered a Philly cheese steak and they put more onions than meat. They weight their sandwiches so they can save money but we still buy it at full price. DONT COME HERE.

It’s been too long since I have been to Lenny’s but now that I live in the area I think it’s going to be a regular stop. Everything looks so good and smells amazing. There is nothing like the smell of fresh actual bread unlike in some other sandwhich shops.
Went for a Large so there is .ore goodness to enjoy tomorrow.
