This Lenny location rocks.My food here is always hot and fresh.I had a recent incident where I didn’t get what I ordered somehow but after speaking with owner/management it was fixed and corrected. He was very nice and courteous and told me how to reach him if I ever had issued.This is my favorite location thus far.I drop in at least 3 or 4 times out the week.Food is delicious and very great customer service.Best Phillys anywhere.

If cutting corners were a sandwich shop. Last time I checked I can make a cold cut at home instead of going to a shop that smells like a bathroom. To add floors were nasty. Drink stand was disheveled. Really made me wonder about back of house cleanliness. Yikes. Food was seemingly fine and the workers were nice and helpful. But clearly need some get-up and go on the shop. Also I have a baby and when I was leaving it slapped her in the side and me in the arm on the way out. Could have injured her had I not blocked it. I can handle a shop not being updated. I cannot stand a food place that is clearly not clean.

I was impressed with my Philly cheesesteak. It was great, no greasy at all, not too many onions. It could use a bit more cheese. Overall I would recommend and come back.

I am not usually one to leave a review but I had an unpleasant experience. All I was trying to do was simply pick up my Doordash order. The man grabbed the order and held it in his hand.. he didn’t say “here you go” he just held it up.. so I assumed he wanted me to confirm by taking a picture of the bag before grabbing it. He then said “you can take it” in a rude tone followed by “and i don’t want to be in your picture”. I didn’t realize how disrespectful he was until i was leaving out of the door. I never said anything besides “okay”. I do not know the man’s name but he was a white male in his early thirties with brown hair.. why would I want to take a picture of a random man when I’m just trying to do my job? Work on your attitude.

These guys go out of their way to fulfill personal requests on my delivery order. Every time, I’ll ask for extra relish, and every time I get it, no big deal right? it’s about their attitude filling that request. They always act like it really is their pleasure.

Not good at all! My husband and I both got the Tennessee BBQ philly. It might as well have been sloppy joes. Only good thing about the sandwich was the roll. The Mac and cheese was a bowl of soup. Absolutely disgusting wasted the extra money for both of our meals and we couldn’t even eat the Mac and cheese.

We just tried Lenny’s!!! It really is excellent, the bread is so fresh, all the veggies crisp, meats sliced fresh! Totally delish!
Oh, I noticed everybody was getting their cookies too ..we found out why, the chocolate chip was SO GOOD, your eyes will roll back in your head!! Yum, highly recommend!
