There was a Lenny’s by my condo in Denver 20 years ago. It ended up closing down but it was awesome when it was there, much like Jersey Mikes. They loaded their subs with fresh shaved meat and it was a fresh tasting bread. So I was excited to see Lenny’s in Memphis to try it out again. Needless to say I was very disappointed. I paid to double meat this thing, it was a $25 sandwich through Uber Eats. There’s hardly any meat on it and the bread tastes as fake as Subway. It’s just like a Jimmy John’s sub. Dang Lenny, what happened to you!?

The sandwich was good, but soggy. Tyler has great customer service skills, very polite! I’ve had other nice people assist me, but his service was best. Make sure you appreciate him Lenny’s! It’s hard to find good customer service people.

I have never been here before, so today was the day. I got there around 10:45 and at the time was the only one, though they did get busier. I order the grilled veggie combo with no cokes and extra onions of course. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. I just felt it was a bit too pricey for what I got. I will say the bread was soft and tasty. I am not saying I wouldn’t try it again, it just would not be a first or second choice. I should not still be hungry.

Order was wrong again which you won’t know until you get home and open everything up and if you get either of the hot Philly sandwiches, your sandwich bread will have the consistency of hot dog buns soaked in water because even after requesting the bread to be toasted multiple times, they will not. Will be looking for a better Philly shop, espcially at $10+ per small sub.

This was my first time ordering from Lenny’s and I absolutely loved my sub! I had to stop myself from buying a second one lol. I ordered the Philly cheese steak through door dash and it came out exactly as expected. Although it took 15 minutes to get here from delivery, it was still hot and fresh! I loved the spicy kick it had to it and I will definitely be ordering from Lenny’s again in the near future! I really enjoyed it.
