I didn’t have any problems. This was my first visit to this location. Everyone was friendly. The service was quick, and they have a big dining area. They are still using the serving baskets, which is nice. My Philly Cheesesteak was normal. Big parking lot.

Service with a lot of smiles. Courteous employees at the register as well as in the kitchen and prep area. I informed the young lady that rang me up, that in the past the Lemonade was too tart to my liking. She offered me as sip to see what I thought. These employees were not just to me but to other customers that entered the store while I was there. The atmosphere was quite warm and inviting, Thanks for great customer service and delicious food!!!!

This location is usually good. I did an online order yesterday for the 25 year anniversary promotion, and I don’t know if they ran out of Philly steak meat or what when they got to my sandwich. But this is unacceptable. I tried reaching back out to the store by phone and no one will pick up. So that’s why I am leaving a review. They were extremely busy yesterday, and I can understand that. But I paid for my food like everyone else. I didn’t pay for no scraps.

The setting was clean and had a great view to the parking area. The staff were very well knowledgeable about the menu and discounts. The seating was clean, organized, and spaced apart. Also the air fresh and the lighting put me in a state of comfort. Of course the meal was delicious. Just to add, the men bathroom was clean and organized. I was well pleased. I will continue to shop there often.
